Very friendly and customer-orientated,
I ordered a discounted item which has been out of stock, but they contacted me very quickly about this issue and I got another not-discounted item for the same price I already paid. They sent me some sweets as well :)

good
Literally whenever I'm looking to buy new clothes, one of the first places I look is the dbdns website. Not only are the designs cool asf but the quality is always insanely good, and delivery is always a reasonable period of time. Recommended to a ton of my friends, one of the best brands out there atm.

Excellent customer service
I ordered something during the Black Friday Sale and paid for the express tracked delivery. My order didn't arrive within the specified time and I hadn't been given a tracking code. I contacted customer services who were super helpful and let me know Royal Mail understandably had delays. Customer service let me know they had chased up with Royal Mail who let them know I would get my order within the next few days and definitely before Christmas. It arrived the same day. Very happy!

Hey!
We're sorry to hear about the issue with your order. We've used the same supplier for 8 years and an issue like this is extremely rare.
One of the team is going to email you today to arrange the shipment of a replacement hoodie.
Many thanks
