Haven't Received my order
Haven't Received my order. I had order a fleece about a week ago and I still havent received it. I used the online messaging service on the website and never got a response. My order says "shipped" on the website but I have not received it. On the website it says UK orders are supposed to arrive in 2 - 5 days but it has been well over that. I have not got any follow up emails or even a Royal Mail tracking reference number. Disapointed.

Hey Arjun!
Thank you for your order.
We received your order on the 28th November and shipped your order on the 28th November.
We are seeing long delays with Royal Mail to certain parts of the country where local depots have a backlog of orders and are short staffed due to Covid-19. In some cases it is taking 3 weeks for domestic parcels to be delivered.
To ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible we are upgrading all UK orders to RM24 as well as all EU orders to express at no extra cost to customers.
We received both of your messages on our website and replied to each enquiry either on the same or next working day.
There is an additional problem with Royal Mail where the tracking numbers aren't generating when we manifest orders each day. This is a technical glitch with Royal Mail which we contacted them about and they are working to fix. We explained this to you in the first email we sent to you.
We appreciate that it is frustrating your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, but Covid-19 has impacted Royal Mail's ability to keep up with demand and we are doing everything we can to ensure customers' orders arrive as quickly as possible.
We are always available to help with any issues regarding your order and feel free to reach out to us on the website portal or by emailing info@dreambutdonotsleep.com.

The cream hoodie lacks quality
The cream hoodie lacks quality. But the dark blue one is perfect.

8 Hoodies but only 2 Stickers
I have made an order of over 350 pounds/8 hoodies. The clothes fitted as well as I expected and they looked even better than on the website.
However, it seemed very stingy of DBDNS that I only got 2 stickers sent with an order of 8 hoodies. I purchased them together with 3 friends so not every single one of us could have a sticker. It would be nice if there would’ve been sent a few more stickers with an order that expensive.
Edit: The stickers just arrived. Thanks a lot!

Hey!
Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave us a review!
2 stickers is the standard amount we include in all orders for free, but if you'd like more with future orders you can leave us a note when placing your order and we'll add some more into the order.
We're going to send you a bunch of stickers today which will arrive in a few days so you and your mates can have a bunch each :)

more than happy
Even though I had to wait a few weeks for a delivery within Europe I am more than happy with my order. The quality of fabric and print is even better than what I had imagined.
I will certainly order from dbdns again.
9.5/10 :)

Hey Mathias!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I'm glad we were able to resolve the issue with delivery which was caused by a delay at your local depot. This was an isolated case so it's unfortunate that it affected your order and rest assured this should not happen again on future orders.
If you have any further questions about your order feel free to email info@dreambutdonotsleep.com and we'll be happy to help :)
Big up!

Great quality clothing, especially their shorts
Bought a few products from DBDNS. All of them are great. Massive fan of their shorts especially, such a great fit and style.
Would recommend to a friend.

Hey Saskia!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We had sold out of the t-shirt you ordered and contacted you promptly to see if we could find an alternative for you. It seems that our message was missed which explains the delay in us finding a resolution.
We have since fully refunded your order and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
sending love from aus!
down under i was expecting it to take a while to arrive from the uk, however shipping was just under 2 weeks and came with a complimentary sticker pack! clothes (for women esp.) are oversize so i suggest only sizing up by one for the oversize look. clothes are sleek and high quality, will be purchasing more!
