Hey!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us with a review and I'm glad to hear you're happy with your order!
I can see that you opted for free delivery which is a non tracked delivery service. We do offer tracked delivery to the US, but charge for this.
We are also going to be trialing a new shipping method for international customers which will cost the same as our current shipping options, but will be much quicker at 2-4 working days instead of 5-10 working days.
Many thanks,
Max

We do not currently offer free international returns. I'm afraid.
If you have any questions about any of our products before placing an order in future feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to help you so we can reduce the likelihood that you will need to return your order.
Many thanks,

Hey!
Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review.
I've looked in to this and can see that your order arrived within the timeframe we would expect for an international order with standard shipping. We have express shipping options available to Denmark which aren't much more expensive and are much quicker :)
Feel free to reach out to us on info@dreambutdonotsleep.com if you have any further questions.

Hey Eddy!
Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave us with a review.
I've checked the tracking and can see that your order was held at customs for an unusually long time. Most of the time parcels pass through customs a lot quicker than this.
I can see that your order has now been delivered so we hope you are pleased with your purchase!
Feel free to reach out to us on info@dreambutdonotsleep.com if you have any other queries.
