Hoodie
Mt order took around 20-25 days to come. I didn't receive the tracking number as early as expected but with one simple message I received it and checked up on my delivery. The to the corona stuff I was expecting a much longer delay however it was relatively quick. :)

We were experiencing some delays with shipping due to Covid-19, however most countries are back to normal now with a deliver time of 3-6 working days to most international destinations.
Bought a grey hoodie
Bought a grey hoodie using their signup discount. They hoodie looks great, the quality is fair for the price.
The shipment took a week. I didn’t get a track and trace code at first, but I wrote them a message through the website and they answered almost immediately, that was a great experience.

Mixed feelings
Nice hoody and great design but pretty expensive for what is really a £10 gildan hoody with some stitching. Was also quite bobbly when I received it. Overall, you could buy a better quality hoody for half the price, but you’re paying for the brand I guess

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are glad to hear you are pleased with your order :)
We ship 95% of orders from our studio, but a few products are shipped from a different supplier. The parcels are shipped within the same time frame and via the same service so should arrive around the same time.
We do message customers to inform them when their order will arrive in 2 parcels, so I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with this on your order.

There was an issue with stocking which was going to force part of my order to be late, but the team was quick to notify me about the issue and present me with options for how we could move forward. I got the first part of my order very quickly and it all looks great.

Hey!
I've looked into the tracking information and can see that your order was stuck at a depot in New York for an unusually long amount of time which may be related to Covid-19 which was causing delays with international orders around this time.
I can see from our email conversation that you have now received your order which is great to hear.
We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

Bought a t shirt and hoodie from here. Honestly the most snuggly / comfy hoodie. I love just being in it; feels so good. Coolest designs on both pieces - love Fast shipping considering I am from California.
