Customer Service: Many thanks to Kishan Parmar who has helped me in resolving this matter. Never again would I go into our local store. Well done Kishan.

Paid extra for a replacement mattress on 15th April under their 100 night warranty and a month later ( today) it arrived again no paperwork was given or offered. The driver refused to take the old mattress because of a tiny mark no bigger than my little finger nail saying it was caused by body fluids, I didn't know that dreams drivers were that experienced to make that judgement.
I was promised that customer service would call but they have not. I now wish a refund for lastest purchase.
"Dreams do not make people's dreams come true".
Never again will I use this company.

Mattress choice

Very helpful staff member who explained all we needed to know but was not pushy and left us to try a recommended selection of mattresses

Bury St Edmunds Dreams service and…

Bury St Edmunds Dreams service and value is amazing.
Offered a welcome hot drink and an introduction to the store. Three sales guys on duty, we had Tom look after us.
Tom was able to listen to all our questions, he replied in a professional, honest and friendly manner and an absolute delight. Free delivery and recycling our old bed was the deciding point.
We’ve not bought from Dreams before and absolutely delighted with how all the staff care for their customers.
We will be back and apart from thank you, good night Tom.

Mattress

We requested a refund and return of the mattress because it was totally unsuitable we were told they don't do refunds only exchanges this is not what we wanted under their 100 night guarantee, we would not recommend Dreams anyone

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are finding the mattress unsuitable.

Dreams offer our 100 night comfort guarantee for this reason. If you are not finding it comfortable, you can swap it for an alternative of your choice.

This deal does not allow for the mattress to be returned for a refund, and this is all clearly explained on our literature covering the policy.

I visited the Bury St Edmunds shop

I visited the Bury St Edmunds shop, and tried out a few beds, just before Christmas. In the New Year I ordered a base and mattress on line. They were delivered on time, without any problems. I'm very happy with the bed so far, and would use Dreams again.

No problems

The lads that delivered our bed couldn't have been more helpful - which is a great plus when you are mature and disabled.
Our daughter is pleased with her bed, says a little firm but it will soften she feels sure.
So overall a good experience.
