Unfortunately I have to tell you that we are not enjoying the mattress. It is only three weeks off use but so far it has been really uncomfortable , if things don't improve I may have to return it.

Excellent customer service
In store and delivery customer service has been excellent. In store, the team took the time to go over all options so that we could experience each bed and mattress. Due care and attention in store and with the delivery team - they wore protective shoe covers, respected my property and provided care advice about my purchases.
