Delivery as promised. Arrived in time and the delivery men were very courteous. I don't know how they managed to get my massive old bed out but they did it! New bed lovely and comfortable and I can say without a doubt it's the best bed and mattress I've ever bought.

We can’t thank Jenni and Debbie enough for the amazing service we received from start to finish after visiting Dreams on Edge Lane. My partner and I came in to find the perfect mattress that we’d both agree on, and with the help of Jenni we found the perfect one sooner than we expected

Jenni firstly showed us to the Sleepmatch bed and explained how it worked, so we could determine the best mattress for our body shape and sleeping styles, we loved this part

Once we knew which style mattress would be best for us Jenni then toured us around the store talking us through our best options and allowing us to test the ones suited to us. After testing a few we decided on our favourite and went ahead to buy, we also purchased our choice of favourite pillows, duvet and mattress protector

We are loving our purchases and have never slept so comfortably! We loved our experience at Dreams with Jenni and Debbie, it was brilliant and we will definitely be back if we ever choose to replace in the future. Delivery was so quick too

From start to finish everything was so easy. My husband really loved the removal of the old mattress and instalation of the new one,what a brilliant service. Of course the best night sleep ever. Thank you. 😊

Great service from start to finish, the staff where so helpful in the store and worked around our needs for delivery. when it came to delivery the service was great and we where kept informed, all the way the guys where so helpful, polite and tidy, they wore shoe covers when entering the property and even when it looked like the mattress may fit they found a solution.

So far, really happy with the new bed and the mattress. Very comfortable and although it was bought for when our grandson stays over, we've used it a few times ourselves. Would happily recommend Dreams.

John was our assistant and did a great job of helping us not only choose the bed we were looking for but also helping us to find the right mattress using their sleep match technology.

The staff made the whole experience of choosing the right mattress and the collection of the old mattress, such an easy process.

I cannot fault Dreams for their excellent service from day of purchase right through to delivery of my new bed. Everyone I dealt with in store and on delivery day were extremely kind and helpful.
On top of that the bed is excellent, very comfortable and my sleep has been much better after struggling for years with a bad spine.

We went in not quite knowing what we were looking for but had a great sales assistant who was so knowledgeable that he immediately helped us find something suitable. Great range of beds, lovely staff - no complaints! We'll be back!!

Dream in name, dream to deal with. From my experience purchasing my bed at the Edge Lane store, Liverpool, being assisted by John,the salesman, right through to delivery which was unbelievable service. I ansld my wife can only commend the exceptional experience with this major buy.
