Very helpful advice in the shop, helped us to make the right choice, really happy with the mattress, has helped alot with back issues, would definitely buy again from dreams.

Bed great, mattress so comfy. Could of done with couple sheets that fit as a gift. The mattress protector is OK but not what I would choose. Delivery went smoothly

We went to the Stevenage Dreams store and had a brilliant experience. The team were attentive and helped us navigate the shop floor, directing us to the mattresses which best suited our sleeping style. The sleep analysis helped us understand what was best for us and quickly eliminated a lot of the mattresses which weren't suitable for us.

Engaging welcome, effective use of the sensing bed, choices described relative to comfort measurement.

We wanted to buy a new mattress and went to Dreams
In Stevenage as we live there and bought a double mattress, the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Thy gave us a choice of dates for delivery and thy delivered on time.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted very pleasantly by Mandy in Stevenage roaring Meg retail park.

She showed us the sleep match simulator and told us all about it to no end which we found very useful.

She showed us our matched mattresses, helped us pick pillows that were correct for us and advised us on the benefits of all our matches.

Once we had decided on a mattress she began to show us all the different frames that suited our taste and requirements.
She was very patient with my wife and I as we deliberated over 2 frames in particular but helped us decide all the while without a glimpse of boredom or frustration, simply intrigue and willingness!

Once we had a complete outfit mandy told us about the boxing days deals they had on, when they finished and all our different buying options.

With Mandy’s help not only were we able to find the outfit of our dreams (bed frame, mattress, pillows, mattress protector & duvet) but were also able to purchase it with an amazing 20% off as per the sale, for a very fair price and able to spread the payment’s interest free.

Mandy’s knowledge of the products, care for our specific requirements and willingness to help that we experienced in store has been unparalleled to any buying experience I’ve had before.
Mandy went above and beyond her call of duty with us as our purchase was spread out over a couple of visits which I can only imagine was less than optimal for her in regards to completing the deal but not once did she show any frustration or disappointment nor did she try and rush us into anything, she was THE MOST diligent sales person I have ever encountered & respectful & fun to boot.

It was only moments before that we went into “bensons for beds” and we felt almost disrespected by the disinterested staff so upon our heels we turned.

We have told all our friends about Mandy at dreams in roaring Meg and I believe some will be coming to visit soon!

Great advice, help and service. Delivery date a lot quicker than expected

Went into dreams today as we are desperate for a new mattress and bed. We had no clue on how to go about finding the right bed for us .
Was greeted by Mandy who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative and done everything she could to help us decide .
We have left with a great deal on a bed and mattress and some other things too which we needed and we felt really cared for and listened to during the whole process of making our purchases .
Excellent friendly and professional customer service by Mandy she is a credit to the team there , and we highly recommend that store to everyone .
We look forward to receiving our new bed and mattress next week ( so quick for delivery too !) .
