The delivery came on time. But I started using after 4 or 5 months later. Within two weeks I can feel the ring poking me. I start having back pain so I added it from top on. But still day by day got so uncomfortable. I have to get rid of it now to get another one because my hundred day trial is started when I bought it. Is the worst mattress I ever bought in my life.

Excellent customer service by Larry at Tottenham Court Rd, London. Larry was great, he is kind, helpful, professional and gave us time to try the different mattresses without being really pushy which was fantastic. So nice to be looked after and treated right respect, a rare event these days! We purchased exactly what we wanted and can't wait to sleep in our lovely new bed.

My bed is very good and looks very nice and the mattress is really comfortable and good on the old backside worth the money

Staff were very helpful in identifying my needs for a mattress, talking me through the options, and giving me a sensible number of options to try (enough that I saw a range of styles, not so many it was overwhelming), all around the right price point. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, at a great sale price, in about 20 minutes. My only slight gripe is that I would’ve liked an earlier delivery date, but the 2 weeks I’ll be waiting seems not unreasonable.

Knowledgeable staff in shop, coupled with efficient delivery and assembly service. But most of all a great bed and the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.

My purchase was delivered earlier than expected, but not a problem. The delivery men were polite, and removed all the packaging etc and took it away.

Was kept up to date throughout the entire process by email. Delivery was bang on time. The staff were very professional, and cleared up after the bed was put together. After a short tutorial on the mechanics of the bed. They left and I was very happy 😁

Extremely overpriced. Especially avoid buying mattresses from dreams. These guys charged me 1300 pounds for a double bed and a mattress. I now managed to find a better king bed and a premium mattress at half the price. Please shop around and don’t go to their store (it’s a trap)

The salesperson in the Tottenham Court Road store made me feel welcome and made an effort to understand what exactly I was looking for. He was friendly, informative and helpful and that is what encouraged me to make the purchase. I'd previously visited other stores in the same road to look at beds but nobody had attempted to help me so I'd ended up leaving those stores.

Great experience with Dreams at TCR, London. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Whole process of buying a new mattress was made very easy. Would recommend!

Our recently purchased sofa-bed was uncomfortable as sofa. Seat was too wide from back to front, so only a really tall person with long legs would be able to sit comfortably, both in upright or reclining mode. My husband and I now have back-aches. Contacted Tottenham court road shop at once, but was told it was not covered by the guarantee, and they could not exchange or return it. Action?

So pleased from start to finish it was a brilliant experience. I’m over the moon with the mattress I chose
