Quality of bibs are great so much I returned to place an order. Really nice designs just not a lot in stock. Customer service not so amazing. Messaged on multiple social media platforms and the chat on website to no response.

Really happy with items! Nice quality and super cute. Not used yet as they were for a gift. Only downside was the fact they took longer than advertised to be shipped out.

So refreshing to have genuine customer service! I was sent the wrong bib by mistake and immediately sent an irate email expecting the usual long process of trying to get an error resolved however to my pleasant surprised received almost instantly a genuinely apologetic email, from an obviously real person - rather than a bot or outsourced rep following a script. They let me keep the wrong item and had the correct replacement arrive before lunch the following day. The bibs seem good quality and the designs are gorgeous. This is my wake up call to shop small businesses more as could not have had a better experience

I ordered 6 bibs for my first order I thought they were fabulous and seen lots of ads on instagram. However it’s been over two weeks with no communication or dispatch details despite multiple emails sent to the company they’ve been ignored, I have now opened a dispute. Company states 5 working days and I have been more than patient

I saw dribble bibs on line and thought i give them a try as my baby is was sick or dribbling and was fed up of alway changing her as she get wet with her bibs and I was not disappointed best bibs I have and I will be buying more .
