Very disappointed with my experience. I ended up paying £11.49 in postage, return fees, and a restocking charge and have nothing to show for it. Charging a restocking fee on a single muslin blanket feels unreasonable, and the initial £5.99 postage is already high.

The quality of the item was no better than much cheaper alternatives, which is why I returned it. Overall, this feels like poor value and unfair charges. They have said there is nothing they can do, I won’t be ordering again.

* Since writing the above, Cozy Crew Club’s customer service has contacted me again, attempting to offer a £2.50 restocking fee refund in exchange for me editing my reviews. I find this practice completely unacceptable. If they would have just refunded in the first place a review would never have been written.

All delivery, return postage, and return related fees are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions before purchase, and these apply to all orders to keep things fair and consistent for our customers.

We did reach out to you by email to try and help put this right, including offering a goodwill refund of all fees. Sadly, we didn’t receive a reply from you before this review was updated.

We want to gently clarify that our intention was never to ask you to change your honest experience in exchange for support. We simply hoped to resolve the concern directly and fairly.

I’ve ordered from here twice now and both times I’ve been really happy. I recently bought two outfits for my 8-month-old and they’re adorable and great quality. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as pictured. It’s so nice finding clothes that look cute and feel well made. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Overwhelmed with the quality of the products. Absolutely beautiful. Great price too. I ordered the wrong size so emailed Cozy Crew Club. They emailed straight back saying that the size I wanted was received. Great Customer service. Will definitely order from them again...

Cozy Crew Club products are lovely!

The Cozy Crew Club products are really lovely, a great range of items. I've ordered gifts to send to colleagues who have become new parents, they were delighted with the gifts.
Customer Service is excellent. I inadvertently ordered the incorrect colour for a beanie hat, and quickly emailed Customer Services. The response was instant, and more than happy to rectify the issue, which was completely my own fault!
Follow-up thank you emails from the founder, Conor, are also very much appreciated.

Outstanding company

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. The quality of the baby clothes is absolutely beautiful – soft, well-made, and clearly designed to last. You can feel the difference straight away.

What really stood out to me though was the customer service. They were so helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a brand that cares this much about their customers.

Cozy Crew Club’s customer service is highly impressive. I have been a loyal customer for years and in my most recent experience they went above and beyond to help me. It truly feels like they genuinely care about their customers and put them first. Really impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

Item received with unsown tassels

I ordered two items. The non personalised item arrived without issues, the personalised blanket had to be returned to finish sowing loose tassels. When returned, there was an overhang and tassels has been sown overlapping each other. Quality check failed repeatedly and they justified this under the „handcrafted and unique” excuse. No sort of compensation offered and no chance to finish sowing it their end. Had to pay out of my pocket to take to a seamstress to fix. Not the quality expected of such a brand. I could have ordered the dupe at Temu or Shein.

Edit - upon leaving my review on Google, I can see others posted pictures and reported the same issue months ago. My case is not a one off, this is just their standard. Caution.

The personalised blanket was returned to us specifically so we could finish and improve the tassel stitching, which we did at no cost to you. During one of the busiest periods of the year, our seamstress took the item home and worked on it in the evening, in her own time, to try to ensure it was completed as quickly as possible for Christmas. This was very much an effort to go above and beyond, not to excuse poor standards.

As outlined in our direct correspondence, we acknowledged your dissatisfaction and offered a full refund in line with consumer law, which required the return of the item so it could be inspected properly and logged for quality control. This offer was declined. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or compensation while the item is retained, as this prevents us from investigating and correcting any potential production issues responsibly.

Our products are handcrafted, which does mean slight variations can occur, however this is never used to dismiss genuine concerns. Where we fall short, we aim to resolve matters fairly and transparently, which is why a full refund was offered.

We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that this is our “standard”. We sell thousands of personalised items and take quality very seriously, continuously reviewing feedback and improving processes. Comparisons to fast fashion platforms do not reflect our values, materials, or the care taken in production.

We always welcome constructive feedback, but we also feel it’s important that the full context is shared. Our offer of a full refund upon return remains the appropriate resolution, and we’re sorry we couldn’t reach an outcome that felt satisfactory to you.

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue ordering becuase they were out of stock on the pink tracksuits. They told me that grey would look amazing too and the customer service i recieved was great. Great quality items and impeccable service

I had such a wonderful experience with this shop! I ordered two items on different days and needed them to arrive before my trip, as they were special gifts for my baby niece. Emma supported me every step of the way, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to help make sure everything would arrive on time.

Great quality

I purchased a personalised gift box as a new baby gift. On receiving I had a peek and was overwhelmed at how lovely the gift looked. Well packaged and so soft. The new parents loved the gift and the personalised name on the items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking about it, as you will be so happy with the quality and presentation.
