WHAT FELT LIKE A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE
Absolutely do not recommend! If I can offer anyone advice, it’s to stay far away from this place.

I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews, but the discounted offer swayed me into booking. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They’re happy to take your money and then completely disregard you afterward.

I had the ALURION BALLOON procedure, and initially, the staff seemed nice. However, once I arrived for my procedure, everything changed. The nurse was rushed and unprofessional, which made me feel anxious. I asked for my sister to be present during the procedure for support, but Dr. Sharif was dismissive and patronising, making no effort to calm me down.

The level of medical negligence I experienced was shocking and needs to be reported to the CQC. After the balloon insertion, I received no in clinic care despite facing severe issues. I experienced extreme vomiting and nausea for three days, far worse than the "mild side effects" I had been warned about. Despite their promise of a 24/7 on-call nurse, I couldn’t get hold of anyone. The medication that was recommended caused me to vomit, yet Dr. Sharif made no effort to adjust or change it. Eventually the vomiting had stopped but the discomfort was very much there. After one month, my condition worsened, and I was rushed to A&E with agonising stomach cramps.

The hospital surgeons had no choice but to removing the balloon due to the pain I was in. Days after my discharge, I finally received a message from the nurse, who was more concerned about how I got her number than about my condition. There was no compassion, she completely disregarded my well-being.

I was never warned about this particular complication during the consultation or in the consent forms. When I asked for a refund due to the serious health issues I faced, they ignored me for months, only to later inform me that I wouldn’t be getting my money back.

This establishment is a disgrace and should be shut down. I will be taking legal action.

Worst doctor and clinic I've been to. Kept waiting for nearly 1 hour 45 mins. He wants to be an actor and kept asking about my agent! Left with bleeding chest and terrible bruising. Feel shaken.

I had very bad experience with Dr. SW , he doesn’t care about clients I had injected in my P….. Now i am suffering more than before treatment. I told him about issue but useless its just waste of time and money. Be careful

You wouldn't want to go anywhere else if you go to Dr SW Clinics for treatments, the experience from A to Z by Dr Sherif is outstanding.

Being Harley Street, had great hopes for a good result. No. I had Plepharoplasy on my eyes in the hope of better eyelids. It was suggested I had my under eyes done as well. Mistake. They have never recovered 4 months on. Still red and swollen. Unfortunately, I was taken in on my check up to have a Fat transfer from my belly to face. Sounded simple and pain-free. No, again I was told 1 to 3 days swelling. 7 days on my eyes are worse than ever. £7,500 later. Definitely not impressed. Don't be taken in by what they say at beginning of treatment. I could go on. In fact I will. I was telephoned on the morning of procedure. I was asked what would I like for lunch. After giving my order. No lunch? Just a ploy to get my final payment. Never again. Still waiting for call to see how I'm recovering and to offer a appointment to check results.

I received fantastic advice from Dr Wakil followed by an efficient appointment booking and simple and clear care throughout the process. I'm absolutely delighted with my results, more for my boost in confidence than anything else.

In January 2023 I had the plexr treatment here which was an awful experience. Firstly the doctor was really rude and intimidating when performing the surgery when I was in excruciating pain. The pain I felt was unbearable and the treatment is advertised as pain free. The doctor offered to give me a numbing injection without telling me any side affects. It turned one eye so large my other eye was small. I had to remain like this for 3 weeks and could not leave my house without wearing a hat. I was very worried because the downtime advertised is 14 days however this took over a month for the swelling to go down. Now I thought I would get results from all this torture however nothing! I was left with scaring and dark eyes please see photos. Till this day my eyes have trauma and are dark . I’ve been constantly asking for a refund and this firm has failed to refund me. I will now be taking them to court. Please see all photos attached and save yourself the time do not get plexr or any treatment here! Don’t be fooled by the reviews, you’ll be waiting in the waiting area for hours before being seen and that was my biggest red flag however I stayed for the treatment.

Had an unbelievable experience at the clinic. The advisor on the phone was very knowledgable and he advised me that the best course of action for my needs was to meet Dr Wakil. Best decision I made in my life as Dr Wakils expertise is unmatched and the consultation was thorough. The results have been promising 6 months since my first course of treatment. Was given the o concept protocol which included a package of various treatments with a few extras I was offered as a good will gesture. If you’re reading this then trust me don’t think and just book a consultation. You won’t regret it.

Travelled from Saudi Arabia just to meet Dr wakil for the award winning o concept protocol. Upon arrival was treated with class and the utmost professionalism team. Had treatment on the same day and was blown away with Dr Wakil and his humbleness and kindness towards me. Very pleased with the results

I came for a skin analysis as my skin has been dull and congested. The consultant mo was extremely helpful. Decided to go ahead with the treatment after meeting Dr wakil and gaining confidence in his recommendations. Ecstatic with the results. Will definitely be back again. Such professional service received from the team. The nurses were great also. Such a lovely team they have in place. The entire journey went smooth. I understand dr wakil only sees a limited number of patients per week as he takes his time with his patients. I was therefore prepared to wait. Through out the entire waiting period I was taken care of really well. The entire process from arrival to having the consult and the treatment was seamless. Thanks everyone

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in.
The staff and Dr. Wakil were all very friendly and helpful.
I especially loved how Dr. Wakil really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options.
I had a great visit and the doctor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

After much research made an appointment aprox 8 weeks ago. Travelled up today from Somerset for 4pm appointment. Arrived 3.30pm filled out the relevant forms and waited and waited until 5.25pm - gave up as just left in small room watching a video loop go round and round and round. Was supposed to be consultation first then one or possibily two treatments. What time that would have finished god knows? Always thought Harley Street was the go to place for private health care as well as customer service. Wasn’t in my case. My advice would be don’t accept an afternoon appointment unless you live in London.
I had worked myself up for this private treatment and was totally deflated travelling home back to Somerset, total waste of a day, lost travel costs, lost a days earnings and got as far a receptionist and a coffee!

After years of consideration about whether or not going ahead with surgical blepharoplasty. I came across Dr Wakil online and his award winning non surgical Blepharoplasty.
I was a little nervous before the consultation however all my fears were put to rest when I met him. Such a calm spoken and honest doctor I have ever met. He assured me and told me that the treatment would get rid of my droopy eye lids and there was nothing to be concerned about.
Treatment took 30 mins and job done!!!! Couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr SW and the team.

First class service I am completely overwhelmed with the results. I had O concept protocol which I was really happy with and then I returned to the clinic to have some treatments for rejuvenation.
Lovely staff who make you feel really comfortable - I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is considering this type of treatment.

I have droppy eyelids and saggy skin around my eyes and have tried a variety of treatments and creams with varying levels of success.
However, my experience at Dr Sw Clinics has been exceptional.

The non surgical blepharoplasty was painless and almost immediate, i haved noticed significant improvement even before the full recovery.
