OKAY FOLKS BE REALLY REALLY ATTENTIVE WITH THIS COMPANY; FIRST THEY ARE 'STEALING'' THE NAME FROM ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED 'DUDESGADGETS' (WITH 2 SS-ES).... DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT. I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM AT SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE ONLY THING YOU GET IS AN 'APOLGY' MAIL FOR THE LATE DELIVERY DUE TO THE HIGH LOAD OF ORDERS. STRANGELY ENOUGH; THEY WILL NEVER DISPATCH IT ANYWAY. A TRACKINGNUMBER DOES NOT WORK EITHER; YOU GET STUCK ON A LOCAL CHINESE SITE. REFUND: NO CAN DO; THEY TRULY, TRULY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ONE BIT. I FOLLOWED MY PAYMENT AND TRIED T GET A REFUND THROUGH THE COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF IT. IT IS CALLED 'STRIPE' AND THEY TOOK MY COMPLAIN VERY SERIOUSLY, SO IF EVERYONE COULD SEND A MESSAGE TO THEM WITH A COMPLAIN, I AM SURE THAT DUDESGADGET WILL BE TAKEN OFF THE STRIPE LIST. ANYWAY, ONCE MORE; DUDESGADGET IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY

Terrible company. Faulty damaged goods and ignore emails. No refund.
To return item must pay full postage recorded to Shanghai thus wasting more money!!!!!!!

Do Not buy from this company. They are a ríp off. I bought 2 Mágic Tracks & 3 extra cars. It took 6 weeks to arrive & the boxes were damaged. The cars are nothing like the advertisement. They don't go up hills like they're supposed to. They have no power at all. They are different cars entirely than the instructions. They even take different batteries. Can't send them back because I dont trust them to give me a refund. Also they want you to pay the shipping. They are overpriced.The company is in China, so if they don't recieve your items back you will not get a refund. Facebook should not let them advertise & América should ban them from selling in this country. I saw the same thing with more pieces for $10.00. This company SUCKS!!!!!

Do not buy from this website. They are a scam

I bought an "anti theft" rack sack which was very expensive but discounted to roughly £50. The description was absolutely fantastic and I thought the quality would reflect that.
Unfortunately this was not the case and the product I received had a broken zip and the quality was a joke.
The product is not fit to purpose and I contacted the customer service to get a full refund of the item.
Customer services were very unhelpful and told me that I would have to ship the item back to China (!) with a recorded delivery as the don't pay or refund shipping costs (!).
Shipping to China from the UK with a recorded delivery is not going to cost mess than £25 which means that in the best case scenario I will only recover £20 for a defective item not fit to purpose.

This is outrageous!

It does not deserve any stars.This company should not be allowed to sell to the public, they send items in boxes that have obviously been damaged in their warehouse then blame the courier company. I ordered a finger monkey but it took six weeks to get to me the outside grey bag was all in tact but inside the box was damaged and the plastic which surrounds the monkey was scruffy, unstuck and old and faded looking and the finger monkey was broken. when I contacted them they took weeks to get back to me then suggested that if I wanted refund I would have to send it back to China pay the postal fee and even if you sent it back there would be no guarantee that they would receive it and you would not get a refund, so that was £28 wasted, absolute disgrace they should be banned from selling on the internet.

That was 2weeks ago and they are being difficult and obstructive about either a replacement or a refund.
I can't believe Facebook advertises them .
I believe they are very dodgy and their customer service/relations is appalling

Ordered from this company back in November and I’m still waiting. It has been more than a month. Just want my money back.

I gave three stars only because I am not sure this review is actually for the company I think it is and if you are the good one, I didn’t want you to look bad. I ordered from Dudes Gadget (dudesgadget.com) and they are horrible however while researching I find a Dude Gadgets (dudegadgets.com) (guy stuff) and now I am not sure which one I am complaining about.

This company did not respond in a timely manner to my emails. I requested a cancellation. They promised to process my cancellation. No response for a month, then I get a notification that my shipment has been sent. Now I have to return it to China to get a refund AND pay the shipping. Never buy anything from this company unless you are absolutely certain that you want their product. Patti

I ordered items on the 31st of October and now it’s 29 December and still nothing. I have made repeated inquiries but at first they did not want to refund my money and put me off and now they say items were shipped so they can’t refund me! Completely unprofessional DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If I do get anything I’m sure at this point it will be garbage!

Backpack broke within a few weeks of buying. Arm strap stitching came undone and when complained got nowhere with customer services. Useless products

This is a scam company. Taking your money and not delivering your purchase. Be aware.

DO NOT BUY, these are jokers and scammers! Very unserious with customers. They said a refund takes 5-7 days. 1 month has passed now and I havent got any refund yet! They can not be trusted! WARNINGS! I just want to warn you all guys! They are not to be trusted!!

I placed an order on the 3rd Nov - items which were Christmas present for 3 boys. The website says to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. After almost 6 weeks I hadn't received my order and e-mailed expressing my concern and asking for an update. The reply when it finally came was fairly useless. I e-mailed again a week later and again, waited ages for a response and the one I got didn't even refer to my order. E-mailed again asking after my parcel and got a reply a week later.
I still haven't received my parcel and so have had to buy extra presents at the last minute.
Got an abrupt/rude e-mail today telling me to check my post office. Collected my order - looks like it's been kicked from China to here - both boxes extensively damaged and part of the order missing.
Fuming doesn't cover it - they should be stopped from trading

They are scammers! Can't believe they were allowed to advertise on FB! Easy enough to place an order. No problem for them to take your money (with a fee for a foreign transaction nobody mentioned until you see it on your bank statement)! A company should not be allowed to advertise without stating that your items are being shipped (literally coming by ship in 4-6 weeks!) directly from China, in the case of the finger monkeys and that they ARE NOT manufactured by the company as seen on TV (or wherever the legitimate/real items are being advertised),,,something to alert the consumer to the possible GREAT difference in items!
I rec'd the 4 finger monkeys 5 1/2 weeks after ordering for MORE than the WowWee manufactured ones, wrapped in a single PLASTIC wrap, two smashed open and WORTHLESS! They move their lids, ONLY! They are advertised as doing numerous things! They are oversized and overweight and non-functioning.
They sent bogus shipping information, clearly not written in good English, and of course, you can't respond to it. YET, they send you non-stop ads for more products! I mailed the items back to the address provided by BBB of DE and I rec'd the box BACK Christmas Eve !I can't BEGIN to describe how that went over!!
It's only $79.80, but I WILL NOTGIVE UP! I am NOT mailing the items back to China at MY EXPENSE, as they have demanded! I've paid S&H twice already and they say I will be refunded my money when CHINA acknowledges to them that they have rec'd the items and that Dudesgadget is NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages or LOSS! Exactly WHAT are the people who actually sold me the items and took my money responsible for???? CONSUMER PROTECTION NEEDS TO STEP IN ANYTIME, NOW !!!! I believe they will disappear now and reappear under a new name if they aren't prosecuted NOW!!!

Due to extremely late shipping, requested cancellation. Was told to wait 3-5 days for refund to be processed. 4 days later they shipped. Arrived battered and broken. Very unhelpful copy paste chat. No email, phone or managers/complaint process. Went through Paypal. Returning to:

A 1 Star rating is generous. If there was a zero star rating I would have picked that. I never received my order and customer service has failed to help. The "your order has shipped" email doesn't let you track your order, it just shows you the amount of money you've wasted on your order...$33.45. I know, because I've received two of those emails now.

I wonder how much money they have made scamming people this Christmas. Somebody needs to shut down their website.

I ordered a car/ racetrack on 11/2 and have not received this PAID order. I have emailed for assistance but the customer service makes vague promises and provided a tracking number that only tells me the order is on a very slow boat from China. I would not order from this company. I have requested a refund.
