I have been on all the variables of dudeSgadgetS.com, dudegadgetS.com, dudeSdgadget.com all of which accuse the other of beinging a fake/copycat/fraudulant website so I cut and pasted each of the said websites replies and they ALL ACCUSE EACH OTHER of being fraudulant/fake/copycat.....see below

We are the Official dudeSgadgetS.com , have 2 S in our domain ! some copy website,their website title are some like us, but their domain only 1"S" .
Many reported having falsely ordered on the following websites:

from dudeSgadget.com or dudegadgetS.com,you should check carefully and contact them, not us.
Kindly know that we are not associated with them. We have received a lot of reports from the people who were unfortunately defrauded by the said sites and not received the goods.

As far as I can determine; they ALL appear to be the same company (SISTERS)

On 09/14/17 I ordered 2 sets of Glow Racers and an extra car. They immediately charged my credit card the full amount of $108.00.
I sent them an email on 10/13/17 asking where my order was. I got an automatic reply that my order was on the way. They gave me a phony tracking number that does not work.
On 11/04/17 I notified my credit card company that the merchandise was never received. I sent an email to Dudes gadgets demanding a full refund. Now I wonder if I will ever get a refund.
DO NOT ORDER from this company, it is a scam.

I received the product but I can`t use because of the poor manufacturing.
I sent 15 email about the product but I don`t have any help.

I was told to remove my initial review on compliance grounds. I have the item in my possession which Dudes Gadget sent and I have complained about. They have stated to Trust Pilot I do not exist as a customer. If this is the case why has Dudes Gadget accepted my cash. Please avoid it is clearly run by one dude in a shed.

Only order from this site if you'd like to experience first hand terrible customer service, long delivery times, lack of features in your items that are clearly advertised on the site. Don't be fooled by the PayPal option. It's no assurance of quality and you'll fight to get your refund.

STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY BACK

very poor company to deal with. ordered item and then tried to cancel within 12 hours of placing order. they advised a few days later there was a delay in shipping, i advised again i wanted to cancel. completely ignored my requests to cancel, said the sent item and couldnt process refund, order arrived and box all bashed in, contacted again as no instructions on how to return item, absolute disgrace if a company, would give a minus star rating if i could!!!

It's a scam, I cannot believe how fool I was to not check first this company. I haven't received the backpack that I bought neither the money.

This is a company that direct ships from China. If you ever have a problem with your purchase and do not like the quality, you will be responsible for shipping it back to China and they will also deduct the shipping expense they charged you when they shipped you the item.

They promise you customer satisfaction but in the end, you will end up paying more for the item you purchased and returns are not easy.

My first experience and it was not good. I will never purchase from Dudes Gadgets in the future.

The delivery takes a long time. During the shipping dudesgadget will kindly answer all questions. After I got the backpack, I found out, that the price is inadequate.

The backpack I wished to receive and expected was from an advertisement I found on facebook, which linked to the shopping site of dudes gadget. I am sure I just received a not bad copy from what I expected seeing from the ad. I am missing several extra outside pockets and tabs for pens on the inside.

But I did some research and found out, that I could have got the exact same product for half the price elsewhere. Confronting the customer service with a request to offer me a discount, led to no reactions.

Therefore my impression is, dudegadget uses ad material of high quality products on purpose but delivers admittedly good copies, but never worth the price they are selling it. They are quite treacherous... I will never trust them again.

Ordered a backpack! Didn't receive any information on how to track my packet. When I wrote after a two weeks I got a mail that they couldn't answer me as they were too busy. Then I received a mail after 10 days that I should be patient as the packet would be shipped from Chine and would take up to 8 weeks. Why didn't they inform about this by ordering? After 8 weeks I received a letter from the mail company telling me to pay 30 dollars for taxes and extras. Why didn't they inform about this extra payment in my own country when I ordered?
All together a bad experience and I still havn't received my back pack.

Just a scam.

They kept sending me a tracking number which said they sent it to a different country. I'm not 100% sure they speak English, but they were extremely rude and unreasonable. Now I see they were trying to rip off the site dudegadgets.com . They clearly never read any of my help requests, just kept copy pasting the same dismissive answers which were false. It took 3 months to get my money back via paypal buyer protection.

PS This showed up on my statement as Bicora Ltd, so I'd be wary of that company too... unless they are just another company this one is stealing the name of.

Fik mine varer som lovet. De besvarede mine henvendelser pr. mail hurtigt. Eneste minus er, at der var næsten 1 måneds leveringstid, og det var svært at gennemskue hvor i verden firmaet befinder sig, og sender fra.

Scammers, ladrones, escrocs, oplichters, Betrüger, golpistas

I have the same expearience like all the others. I have opened a case and they are not responding.
I have just activated my paypal buyer protection and will wait if they will respond now.
After that the order got cancelled and because of my paypal protection I got my money back!
Please be aware that dudesgadget is a copy cat site of dudegadgets. The other site is trustworthy and not a scam like this one!

complete scam company do NOT trust these people

I bought a Anti-Theft backpack and have not received it since June. It is now mid-October and nothing was received. I emailed the company and replied after several weeks later with a tracking # from China's Postal Service. The status showed on their way to the US but I have not received it since that email contact from this so called legit company. Maybe this Anti-Theft backpack is not what it seems because it just stole my money.

SCAM - Echo all the other reviews here. Please avoid any of their sites.

I bought the rucksack from dudesgadget that I saw from the ad on instagram (or facebook). The rucksack looked really good and was advertised as anti - theft rucksack with a lot of zippers and buttons. So I ordered and paid 60 Euros!

After several weeks of waiting I got a rucksack:
No! No buttons, no zippers! Just a plain, normal rucksack that stinks like plastic and is not more worth than 10 Euros.

I lost 60 Euros!
Scam! Fake! Do not order!!!

And don't get messed up with dudegadgets.com which is obviously a real and serious company. dudeSgadet.com on the other hand is the fake and criminal one!
