Dulopi ist miserabel! Nicht verwenden!
Ich habe Schuhe bestellt, die nicht gepasst haben. Sie haben mir 15% Rabatt angeboten, wenn ich sie behalte. Aber was soll ich mit nicht passenden Schuhen? Also Rücksendung auf meine Kosten (31 Franken), die nach 4 Monaten wieder zurückkam. Außer Spesen nichts gewesen.

Habe Hausschuhe a la Uggs bestellt. Schlechte Qualität, schlechte Passform (zu schmal). Habe das Paket retourniert, auf meine Kosten, und warte seit 3 Mönaten auf Rückvergütung. Hände weg!!!

Jeg var dum nok til at bestille et par læder vinterstøvler og modtog et par plastic”støvler” fra Kina. Har sendt pakken retur for egen regning og sendt utallige mails for at få pengene retur. Den danske afdeling svarer hurtigt - det samme tåbelige svar hver gang. Og pengene er tabt. Firmaet burde politianmeldes!

Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas en mettre aucune. Tout est mensonger! Pas de coffret comme décrit, livraison avec 1 semaine de retard et qualité limitée. Autant commander sur une plateforme bien plus connue! Ça coûte moins chère, la qualité est certainement meilleure et le colis arrive en 10 jours max.
Bref, oh grand jamais je recommanderai chez eux

The delivery time was extremely long. I thought the order would come from the Netherlands, but unfortunately the goods are from China. They responded while the items were still on their way. As soon as I returned the shoes at my own expense, nobody contacted me anymore.

Worst Company ever. Wrote 10 mails to send the shoes back because way to Small. Sended pictures everything- No answer, nothing. Products direct from China, very cheap and totally overpriced on this page. How they can operate like this? It’s a shame. I would give minus Stars if I could!!!! Horrible- Never Order here

2 Kaschmirpullover für chf 90-. bestellt, aber dann zwei billige, minderwertige Poliesterpullover erhalten. (Bei Temu für 5.- zu kaufen)
Kundendienst unbrauchbar, ich musste Fotos schicken mit Beweis das es Poliester ist. Danach Funkstille. Auf Nachfrage wurden nochmals Fotos verlangt, dann nochmals etc.
Geld ist verloren, Hände weg von diesem Shop, das ist absoluter Betrug!

I received the wrong product which was ordered in Holland and now I have to send it on my cost to China in order to get money back 😮

I ordered a wooden puzzle set from this store twice because the listing showed very cute animal designs. The product that arrived wasn’t as heavy or premium as I expected. The wood feels lighter than similar sets I’ve bought before, and the packaging is quite basic. However, the puzzles themselves are colorful, smooth, and my niece enjoyed them immediately. They’re safe, no splinters, and the shapes fit well. They’re not gift box premium, but for everyday play, they do the job perfectly. In the end, I’m still happy with what I bought.

Geld will nicht zurückgegeben werden, obschon ein Polyesterpullover gesendet wurde statt Kaschmirpullover. Es müsste rechtlich gegen den onlineshop vorgegangen werden. 1 Sternbewertung ist klar zu hoch. Hände weg!

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.
Schuhe für meine Tochter mit 160 Franken, Lange Wartezeit und am Schluss die Schuhe ist aus China ohne Schachtel und sicher das Geld nicht Wert, ist einfach ein Scam.

Sito truffaldino, Ho fatto il ordine di un paio di scarpe e quando ho premuto per vedere stesso paio di scarpe mi è stato addebitato subito. Appena ho capito cosa era successo ho fatto la richiesta di annullamento. Mi hanno risposto dopo 9 ore dicendomi che non è più possibile. Però in realtà sul loro sito sto scritto che l'annullamento con il rimborso può avvenire entro le 24 ore dal ordine. A me neanche dopo 9 ore mi dicevano che non è più possibile anulare l'ordine.
Ho aspettato 11 giorni per ricevere la merce e niente, non stava arrivando, niente aggiornamento del tracking.
Dopo che ho aperto una segnalazione con la banca per avere i soldi indietro (CHARGEBACK) mi hanno fornito un altro numero di tracking. La merce è arrivata ma è di scarsissima qualità,avvolt in buste di plastica, senza un indirizzo dove poter effettuare il reso.
Mai più, sito truffa.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a rain poncho and was not as described and would not work for me. I needed it to cover me, my walker and portable oxygen contractor. The website says The Netherlands, it was shipped from a California address, but to return it I had to send to China. Had to be returned with tracking or they would not guarantee refund. I paid $95.00 + shipping. Was going to cost $91.00 to return. What a rip off deceitful company.
I donated the poncho to my local homeless shelter.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They took 3 weeks to arrive. I want to send them back, because there are too big, contacted the Dulopi by e-mail and they started to request more and more information, first reason, then if I wanted to exchange the product, then they requested videos and fotos from the shoes. I sent totally 10 e-mails and I still did not get a reply. I payed alread the shoes and hope I will get a reimbursement.

Der schrecklichste Online Site den ich mir vorstellen kann. Habe im Juni eine Klimaanlage bestellt......die Ware niemals erhalten.
Dulopi hat alles unternommen um die Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte so weit wie möglich hinauszuzögern.
