Top quality service!

Put us at ease immediately. He gave us a thorough indication of what the problem was, how it was to be managed and the timeframe it would take.

He took the time to explain to us how mice work/ go about their day and also took the time to ensure we understood that the things he was using were safe and not harmful to us.

We no longer have the problem. Which is the main plus as well
