Friendly, reassuring, efficient and effective service, backed up with a very personable manner and approach. Clearly his experience and expertise in this field make this a company to recommend.

Steve arrived right on time, he was very efficient with his work and explained everything he was doing, and what to expect in the following days, he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. He was very friendly and great with my children, also answering all of their questions (relevant and non relevant).
When Steve returned a week later again he explained everything he was doing and his customer service was excellent. I would recommend his service to anyone who requires a pest removed.

Highly recommend this company, Steve was very professional and friendly and took every care in the works he carried out to our property due to birds getting into our roof eaves. Would have not hesitate contacting him again if we had any other pest related problems.

Had to call pest control in for my mother who is 86 and petrified of all vermin. Steve was very reassuring and answered all her questions giving her peace of mind regarding a rat in the attic. I would highly recommend his service.
