Perfect for the camper van
I really love my Duvalay - bought to use in my camper van. It's comfy and warm. I can't stand being trapped in a sleeping bag, so this is the perfect solution.
I bought the full set with the straps and bag, which make it easy to store.
My only tiny negative is that the pillow case is slightly scratchy on my face, but I was in a hurry so didn't wash it first - I'm hoping it'll be softer after I've done that.

Great purchase.
We didn't know where to start with choosing our Duvalays for our campervan, but the website was really helpful, aiding us to make our purchase. The range of colours mattress depth gives great choices to get what suits your needs.
Delivery was within a couple of days. We also ordered the bags to keep them in, and it is not at all difficult to roll up the Duvalays to store in the bags.

The Duvalay mattress is really good and…
The Duvalay mattress is really good and comfortable the service that I received was excellent from turning up at the factory to the actual delivery.
Why I have just give you four stars is because if you get up several times during the night the actual mattress slides of the actual bed and you have to slide it back into position every time.
Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this previously, are you not able to put some kind of tag/strap ???? to secure in place.

Ordered from your website site and quoted for a mattress in two equal sections as the instructions on the order form only to be contacted to be told it will cost another £600 ontop of the £900 already paid to have the double mattress in two sections.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience and that there appears to have been some confusion regarding the specification of your mattress.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a further quotation after you had already paid £900, and we sincerely apologise if the information on our website or the ordering process was not clear in explaining the difference between a double mattress in 2 pieces and two separate single mattresses.
Having reviewed the order requirements, the specification submitted was for two single mattresses, which is why the additional cost was provided when the requirement for the double mattress to be supplied in two sections was clarified. We appreciate that this may not have been what you understood when placing your order, and we’re sorry for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred.
We always aim to make our ordering process as clear as possible, particularly when it comes to bespoke mattress configurations, and we take your feedback seriously. We will certainly take your comments on board as we continue to review how we communicate these options to our customers.
We’re sorry that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

These are so good that I gave mine to my sister and bought another.
I was a bit disappointed as the purple straps didn’t come with it. I was going to order a pair at the same time but reading the information I thought they were included. Maybe I’d read it wrong!

I finally bought a Duvalay sleeping bag…
I bought the Duvalay sleeping bag bundle after a very informative tour of the factory. Delivery was well on time and I have had some of my best sleeps in the caravan over the few weeks since taking delivery. When tightly rolled and strapped the Duvalay fits under the single bed/ settee in the van.
Absolutely delighted with the purchase.

So comfy!
So glad we ordered this mattress topper for our motorhome. It’s so comfy. Fits perfectly on top of our mattress. The ordering process was pretty simple and delivery was very fast from the time of order. I ordered the 5cm topper and it’s well worth the money.
