When I contacted Duvalay by phone I spoke with a very friendly lady who made the whole process very easy. We talked through what I required and she explained everything in a very ‘down to earth way’.
The order was made for two mattress topper bundles which arrived two days later. They were very well packaged and extremely good quality.
There is no doubt that Duvalay deserves to be regarded as market leaders in this field.
Highly recommended and well worth the money.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service I got a call to ask if I wanted the straps I had ordered as the duvelays already come with 2. Which was kind as I had not realised that.
The duvelays are very good quality and really well made my partner absolutely loves his. The jury is out for me I find them quite heavy and a bit cumbersome but I have only used them for one weekend - trying them again soon so hopefully will get used to it - it is a very good idea!

The convenience of a sleeping bag…
The convenience of a sleeping bag without feeling trapped in a cocoon. My son finds it very comfortable and it is quick and easy to roll up in the mornings.

1)The drop down bed in my Motorhome is…
1)The drop down bed in my Motorhome is not only smaller than the double I have indoors but the mattress is also a lot thinner. However once your order is placed you are then advised a king size is required hence more money.
2) I was advised of the increase and a new quote would be sent. Admittedly I reluctantly agreed to the increase but nothing further followed other than an acknowledgment for the money.
3) Duvalay insists each item is made to order yet I received this within 36hrs ( bear in mind this is their busy period) in packaging that was covered in dust. This would indicate it had been laying around for some time!
4) The material was far too coarse for my liking & certainly not of a quality I could comfortably sleep in.
5) I returned the item immediately advising of the problem (& used the same packaging- cleaned by me first of course).
6) They have refused a refund and are still holding the item!
I would not use or recommend them.

To clarify, the mattress size required is based on the measurements provided on our website. At 148cm wide, your mattress falls within our custom King size, and the additional £4 required to change the order to this size was paid and acknowledged.
As a goodwill gesture, we also expedited your order, which is why it was made and delivered within such a short timeframe. We can assure you that all of our products are made to order and we do not hold finished stock. We’re sorry that the packaging arrived with some dust on it, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We’re sorry that you found the material too coarse. We appreciate that comfort and material preference are personal, although this is not an issue we commonly receive from our customers.
As the item was made to your specified custom measurements, our terms and conditions clearly state that custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We have therefore followed our stated terms in this instance.
The item is now on its way back to you.

Needed a custom fitted
Needed a custom fitted, so phoned my order through. Phone answered promptly explained my order they found my caravan model on the data base and processed the order. I was asked to sign a drawing of the mattress outline sent via email. The topper was delivered with in a week. The topper has transformed our bed very hard before now very comfortable.

So good that we ordered a second set!
We ordered a second set of fitted, zipped sheets for our 2.5cm comfort toppers that we use in our camper van. Excellent fit and quality. Delivery was within expected timescale. We were so impressed with our first set that we bought a second set to allow for washing when we are away.

Ordered ours over the phone, the lady I spoke to was exceptionally helpful. Delivered quickly.
Very comfy and cosy at night in our Campervan (4.5 tog).
A bit of a fiddle to remove the cover to wash but still a very happy customer.

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect…
I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size. Duvalay got in touch for me to double check my sizes with their outline drawing. They were correct. This meant an additional payment was required. They informed me of this and made the process very easy. Topper now received and good quality as always

Great product
Ordered my items over the telephone they arrived quickly and well packaged the fit was excellent too.
The mattress is comfortable and worth the outlay I bought the gold 50mm the bulkier mattress it fits fine in the pop top roof so rolling it up after use.

Bespoke size camper van mattress sheet
Bought camper van mattress elsewhere prior to coming across Duvalay. They made a fitted sheet for it which, after contact regarding the initial one being too long, arrived quickly with a perfect fit. Seems good quality.

Where ever I sleep I wake up with a bad back , I’m currently living in a caravan and the bed is horrendous. So I decided to buy a Duvalay topper OMG it’s a game changer . When I move into my house with a proper bed believe me this topper will be on it.
