I ordered a custom sized mattress…
I ordered a custom sized mattress topper from Duvalay for my camper - they didn’t have a template so I had to do my own measurements - there were a few back and forth before I was happy (mainly due to me not trusting my measurements due to odd shape and not symmetrical). They were very patient with me. Once I had approved the topper was made and ready in 7 days. Cooltech - very comfy. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was appalling
Product is great but delivery was terrible
Confirmed delivery with neighbour as post office missed their confirmed day. They confirmed they would leave with my neighbour but then just dumped it on my open drive in front of anyone passing when I was away for the weekend

Great comfortable sleeping beds
Great comfortable sleeping beds,
Straps for when rolled up too short needs an extra 75mm dificult to get round and to pull.
Also latest style storage bags are just a bit too small puts a lot of presure on small zips they will be first thing to go ( have old and new types)
Needs some means of holding quilt in position as when on bunk it all slides into fold over bit that hangs down .
But I still think and exellent product we have used for many years

Great product, shipped quickly.
Only let down by Parcel Force being 96hr rather than 24hr.
But to be fair, that was out of Duvalay’s control.

Purchased the mocca one, and unwrapped from new you get a very pleasant chocolate/coffee smell to them where sometimes a new product can be quite unpleasant in smell.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, compact and comfortable sleeping product for a caravan, tent or campervan.
