A game changer
A game changer. So quick to roll out, no struggle with sheets and separate toppers. They are expensive and worth it but I wish that the cotton was a slightly higher standard. I use the white company or Tielle usually for sheets and the duvalay fall slightly short. The other thing is that we can’t seem to order a second one with the opening on the opposite side so that we can put two together for a couple. Maybe you can get this version but we can’t seem to work it out on the website. Over all I would definitely buy, it has changed our camp trips.

Very comfy
Bought a mattress topper for our camper van and it’s perfect. It even folds in half neatly and sit on top of sofa during the day. The zipped sheet bought separately is a great hack, no having to make bed up, just open up the topper. We sent back the storage bag as no use for it due to lack of space in camper. Refund was quick and painless.

Very happy with our order
Our order arrived promptly and well packed. The cover is a tailor made fit for the topper which is really comfortable to lie on. The bag and straps are great for packing up the topper and as a bonus our pillows fit perfectly into the bag which the topper was delivered in! We are really happy with our order.

Poor Overall Package for the Price
Given the cost and quality of the mattress topper itself the product offer is let down by the poor storage straps provided (flimsy, cheap and extremely difficult to get back on leading to us to resort to another solution - bungee cords) and the lack of a storage bag as standard. It’s pretty cheeky to offer one for an additional charge for an item of premium bedding which is going to be used out and about a lot (and therefore prone to needing to be protected). I wouldn’t buy from Duvalay again because of this. I don’t think the comfort of the topper is sufficiently ‘stunning’ enough to justify this price for the overall package (or lack thereof). The delivery time was also slow (why 7-10 days?). Overall not impressed given the name this company supposedly has in the marketplace.

We understand your comments regarding the storage straps and bag. The current straps were introduced following feedback on our previous options and, to date, they have generally been well received, with many customers preferring them. However, we appreciate that they have not worked as well for you, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Our storage bags are offered as an optional extra because not all customers require one, particularly those who have their own preferred storage solution. We appreciate that, for customers who regularly travel with their topper, having a bag included as standard would be preferable, and we’ll certainly take your feedback on board.
In terms of delivery, our 7–10 working day timeframe reflects the fact that our toppers are hand made to order rather than mass produced, and we want to ensure each one is made to the standard our customers expect. We appreciate that this can feel like a long wait, and we’re sorry the delivery time added to your disappointment.
We’re pleased to hear that you’ve found the topper itself comfortable, although we’re sorry it hasn’t felt sufficiently ‘stunning’ to justify the overall price for you. We genuinely value your feedback and will share your comments with the relevant teams as we continue to review both our products and the overall customer experience.

Cannot fault a thing - Outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. All staff know every detail about each product. The shipping is super quick and reached us in time for our first camping trip. The Duvalay sleeping bags are amazing and my daughter loves her dinky one. The zipped fitted sheets fit perfectly on our rib bed and they even made a bespoke one for our pop top! Bought for my campervan and have never been more comfortable with a great night's sleep. This is without any doubt the best mattress topper available. I cannot recommend highly enough. Together with the cover and storage bag it's a breeze to move around.
Delivery was early and communication when I ordered the wrong size cover was exceptional.

Bought these mattresses at beginning of the year so have used them regularly now in caravan for about 7 months, for us these have been great, im 105kgs and im getting a comfortable nights sleep on my one, a bit pricey but they’ve been worth it,
