Disappointing
We recently ordered the bedding bundle. What we received wasn’t what we thought we’d ordered. We thought we were getting the fitted Duvalay mattress topper with the quilt attached. Instead, we got an overpriced quilt, fitted sheet and pillow case. Very disappointing. Make sure you read the descriptions carefully and know what it is you’re ordering.

A very fast delivery, we also ordered the fitted sheet to go with it, fit was perfect and the colour, ideal.The topper came with all the straps, storage bag, and the size is perfect for our van.

Excellent service and product
Excellent service and product, best nights sleep I have had in caravan for years and we have spent huge money on mattresses from other premier companies in the past but not as good. Customer servier for measuring the base was spot on as our measurements differed slightly from standard.

Easy ordering very fast delivery
Easy ordering off the website.very quick delivery with regular updates.
Duvalay products are amazing ive had 2 duvalay sleeping bags for years and wanted an upgrade. I ordered 2 zipped mattress covers for my 2.5cm mattresses and they fit well.the only thing i can be negative about would be that the material is slightly different to my old ones,but im sure this will be better once they have been washed a few times.i love the feel of the material, its nice and silky when you move around in bed at night.

Sleeping better than ever!
Bought two singles for our CV20 campervan. Previously I was having aching joints not being on a proper mattress but our topper definitely makes a difference! Might have to consider one for at home.

My duvalay arrived within in a week…
My duvalay arrived within in a week which was very useful. The cool gel option 4cm was so very comfortable. I sleep hot so after the first night removed the 4.5 tog and inserted a 1 tog. Still too hot! Removed and just threw the cover over me. This was perfect. So nice not to be wrapped up in a sleeping bag and made my caravan mattress so comfy. Yes, not cheap, but so worth it. I didn't buy the straps and may well do this as it is quite sizeable.
