Having seen the development nearly 15 months earlier and visited and spoke to the site agent Kerry on a few occasions it quickly became clear how professional and willing she was to accommodate us on the plot that we wanted even though it was a long way off. We cant thank her enough for taking a lot of stress away from us in which is a very stressful and life changing situation. David Wilson get 5 stars from us. Thank you.

Someone called Isla then replied, but after giving more information it has been silence. This has now been 1m!

We recently moved into our new home at David Wilson Homes, Auchinleck Village (Plot 309), and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we first walked into the sales office and visited the show homes, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. The professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail from the whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to Shannon Moreland, John McMaster and Adam Brown, who have been (and continue to be) fantastic throughout the journey. They were always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions we had, making the buying and settling in process much easier and reassuring.

As a site team, they have been incredibly helpful since we moved in. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about homeowners even after completion and we are so thrilled to be part of this community/development. The continued support after moving in really shows that David Wilson Homes want their customers to not only buy a home, but truly enjoy living in it and feel settled. Beautiful home, and settling in has been completely stress-free. The team at Bangour Village have been incredibly helpful in resolving any minor issues since I moved in. I would highly recommend DW Homes to anyone considering buying a new home. I used their part exchange scheme and everything went seamlessly, with excellent communication throughout. Top marks to everyone—from the sales office right through to the site manager!

Today we have had the last of the snags fixed by the DWH new home customer care engineers and they both delivered an excellent service. They were friendly, approachable, respectful and helpful, just two lovely guys. They worked continuously and professionally and completed the jobs to a high standard. No issue was too much for them to sort and they made a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. I was very satisfied with the jobs they did and could not be more appreciative for all their help today.

I purchased my home over a year ago and I have had a great experience with Bethany who manages the customer care services post move in. She has been very attentive to any issues that I had and has been overall very helpful and exceptional. Highly recommend!

Cameron in the site office has been brilliant with communication and detailing what's included in the purchase. No contact with anyone else yet until we move.in.

Visited their Corby glen site April 2026 , met with a very abrupt unprofessional sales woman . Completely put us off wanting to purchase a house there . Will not be back

We have had to most amazing experience purchasing our forever home with David Wilson. We can not fault them at all. Catriona and Shanice at sholden meadows were absolutely fabulous throughout the process. They were warm and welcoming every time we visited. They would always go the extra mile to help us. We have had Mark at our property today to rectify some of the defects. He was amazing and wouldn't hesitate to have him back to our home. He was polite and approachable. Mark went above and beyond to rectify the all the issues on the list.

We have now been in a David Wilson new home for nearly three years. When you are under the 2 year guarantee they did come out to rectify mistakes, some more satisfactorily than others. However, now is the time when you are begin to do jobs yourselves that you realise how badly they were built in first place, with no backup of a guarantee. We have plasterboard walls that were cut too short and filled in with foam filler, sink wastes that have been glued in because that didn't have washers, and our now causing leaks, walls where the ceilings are not level which becomes obvious when hanging curtains and numerous screws popping out through the plasterboard.
When reporting to Mercia team the response is "comments will be passed on". Lets hope they start employing better trades when building!!

We are occupying one of the new houses purchased in June 2024 from David Wilson in Barkby Thorpe in lime Leicestershire.
All new buildings have their perils and the company have fixed them.
The main problem we have been experiencing is the garden ,
Both front and back Lawn not laid down properly ,The grass from the lawn keeps disappearing and leaves empty patches of soil.
After few complaints they replaced some lawn but unfortunately we are still experiencing the same problem again.
When complained again they have flatly refused to rectify the problem even though it’s under 2 years warranty.
Polite reminder was spelled out to us the 2 years warranty does not apply to lLIVE GRASS basically telling us “TOUUGH LUCK WE HAVE YOUR MONEY SOD OFF”
We ourselves have run a business for over forty years not a corporate business like DAVID WILSON but by god there is a word like BUSINESS ETHICS?
