I have made three purchases with this company, my wife one and three friends use them as well. I've never had an issue although one phone purchased by a friend had to be replaced under warranty but the process was supposedly prompt and painless.

Order was despatched within 1 day of receipt of order and package was received within 3 days by courier delivery. Great service and reliable fast delivery.

Service was ok but charging extra for PayPal was a lousy idea. Way too much and was the first time any company has done this to me. Will no longer shop with them.

10 days to arrive from HK. If I knew it would take that long, I would have bought it from somewhere else.

Everything went to plan one small thing was that I did not realise the product was offshore and needed a Australian plug adaptor which was included - would like to have known that although it is only a small issue.

Bought a dodgy Nexus 5 from them, turned up broken. From their Ebay page it seems like this has happened to a few people,. They have refused to refund and have been terrible for aftersales. Stay away from these Ebay scammers.

Once you know what you want, I found the process quick and easy with delivery being made in early course

I had heard from friends that DWI are good to deal with. I searched for a camera Gimbal and found them to be the cheapest for what I was after, so I thought I'd give them a go. I ordered and paid for an item early on a Wednesday morning. They stated it'd take up to 3 days for delivery. I received an email later that day stating that the item had been shipped with a tracking number. It said it may take up to 24hrs before the item can be tracked. When I checked the item later that night it said that the item was picked up at Hong Kong. Expected delivery Friday 21st October. Seeing it was in Hong Kong, whereas I thought it was in Australia, since they said it would take up to 3 days for delivery. I didn't think much about it, not realising the date, I just thought it was the following Friday. Then Thursday I received an email stating it had cleared customs and should be delivered Friday. It hit me that was only 2 days after I ordered it and included free postage. I would not hesitate to purchase from DWI again. Plus I also found out they handle warranty within Australia themselves, so I will only need to contact them, not the manufacturer. I've since noticed many comments on different Facebook groups, that have only been positive toward DWI. They really are that good. Cheers.

The quality is very bad since the watch stops so frequently (3-4 times). In summary, either this is a worst seiko production or fake shxt. Never will shop here again.
