Their price for the UE Boom 2 speaker was very good but they gave no notice of it being the Chinese version which had to be used with a power adapter. Also insufficient notice of a PayPal surcharge which I have never encountered before and made the price the same as other outlets I would have preferred to use on equal price. My most disappointing online shopping experience in a long time

The item was being shipped instantly and the best is, they are using DHL for delivery.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a Moto G4 Plus phone from them and the headphone socket didn't work from day 1; I assumed an app or set up issue so eventually contacted them (after about two weeks) when I couldn't get any headphones to work - even the supplied factory ones.
They requested a video showing it not working which I duly supplied. Then they said to return it at their cost, of course I read the disclaimer about having to pay if it was not faulty but there was no doubt of the fault.
I even erased / reset the phone (TWICE!) and tried the factory headphones before installing any s/w / apps at all - same problem. Also, the phone often stopped rotating the screen automatically (accelerometer issue no doubt) and also the screen sometimes stayed on when held to your face on a call - basically the phone is crap. I suspect these Moto G4 Plus phones are just too cheaply made.
Regardless, I duly sent it back in good faith.
Then I couldn't believe it when they emailed back to me saying no fault and they want $70AUD to send the phone back!?! Are they kidding!?!?!
Unfortunately not.
This is the position I am in now. I'll NEVER buy from a crappy on-line 'shop' like this for cheap electronics EVER again! Just not worth it, should have gone to OfficeWorks or JB HIFI - at least I can drive back to the shop and show them the fault and not be held to ransom over it!
STEER CLEAR OF DWI!!!
