There were no problems encountered with delivery of the Samsung Tab A ordered and paid for. I was happy with the service from DWI.

Thank you once again DWI for your prompt and reliable service. My latest purchase was despatched the same day as the funds cleared, and if not a mistake on my behalf (incomplete address) then i would have received it within 3 days. I called the courier company in Australia and sorted out my Address on Friday and the item was delivered on Monday as arranged between myself and the courier company (Toll Priority). Once again great service DWI.

I ordered 3pmon Thursday, it arrived 9am Tuesday ( Northern Rivers NSW) and was in the air by noon. Do better if you can and then blush because you paid too much. I am a fan.

It's quicker than expected. But still not sure it's genuine product or not.

I had a poor experience 12 months ago where an item purchased that was not in stock and it took forever to get a refund.
I decided after the majority of reviews being favorable to give this business one more go - much to my regret.
I identified product to purchase - checked availability on line and then rung customer service number and confirmed verbally the item was in stock. I placed order straight away and then waited expecting item to be dispatched within the 2-4 days indicated. When nothing happened i contacted customer service (now only email option) and they advised item was out of stock ?? but was expected back in 1-2 days
Well 1-2 days later - yes you guessed it still not stock but should be available in next 1-2 days
Well another 1-2 days pass - yes you guessed it - an actual email notification advising me my item was temporarily out of stock and was on back order but expected back in stock in 2-4 days
4 days later not in stock - and no response to communication (Chinese new year ?)
Then noticed that description of item purchased has changed and an included bundled item is actually now not included
Requested refund of item - received no response
Escalated to Paypal claim and then had a response to say item still not in stock and that because I had made a claim on paypal they would cancel transaction and provide a refund
While some people seem to have had a good experience with this company - I have made 2 transactions and both were bad experiences - I can assure you it won't be a "third time lucky" as they won't get the opportunity.
If you do use this company I would recommend Paypal as payment method for protection

I'm usually very cautious on buying overseas and I purchased my lens with some trepidation, wondering if I would be out of pocket or getting something less than expected. I'm happy to say I was not disappointed.
As it turns out Kogan and others deliver from the same places so it's not like you are buying locally with them at all. What's more, I saved over $100 AUD for the same lens here on sale.
Will buy from DWI again. Recommend to anyone.

I ordered this LG Hifi Plus to use as USB DAC to replace my ODAC. It works nicely: High quality item (grey market, but ok), low price, genuine item, fast shipping (from Hongkong to Perth within two business days). DWI exceeds my expectation. Would definitely use them again next time.
