Dave Logue was the engineer and was really friendly, helpful and efficient.
He was able to locate the problem and rectify it quickly and gave us advice on additional work that would need completing in the future.
I would recommend using Dyno Rod in the future.

Give better timeslots
When the engineer finally arrived, it took all of 5 minutes to locate the issue and resolve it. My only feedback would be to give a better time of arrival. 8am to 6pm is not good enough nowadays. Even an AM/PM would have been better. I got no advanced warning and only found out they were still coming when I called about 5:15pm

we apologise for the time slots we have to adhere to these to allow for unexpected emergencies and changes , i will however pass this feedback on to the team going forward to see if AM/PM time slots can be offered more specifically
Olly was amazing the worker
Olly the worker that come to fix my toilet was amazing and made sure I git a temporary toilet and it was lasted at night he done the job remarkably well and he was an amazing and polite

We had a sewage smell in the house
Came out the following day and sourced the problem. We had a sewage odour coming through the house, turns out we had a blocked drain on a shared line. David explained all this to us and fixed the problem on our side. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond

No show
My appointment was between 8am and 12pm and on the day got a text to say between 8am and 1 pm so thought ok extra hour ..then received a message at 11:50 to say thanks for choosing Dyno rod so I thought he’s still it been so left it till 2pm and called the number … the lady said he had attended at 11:30 so I advised id been home all morning and he had not been she said “it says flushed out the soil stack.. do you have a red door” so I said no I don’t and the job wasn’t even for the soil stack it’s the drain for the shower she advised he had attended the wrong property and would be back in half and hour … so god knows who’s soil stack he has flushed !!!

Came bk twice in a week because when I got ground work done they decided to put the rubble in my grid instead of cleaning it up and taking it away which caused my drains to block. Guys were great
Guys were great. Cleaned up twice coz groundworkers decided to fill my drains with rubble instead of taking it away.

Amazing, job well done!!!
The young lad arrived at 9pm ( after my housing association decided the 2 men that came out couldn't be bothered to do the job) What a lad , it was just getting dark but that didn't stop him !! He was up on his ladder and found the blockage ( an incontinence pad my disabled child managed to force down the toilet) all in under half an hour, he was so professional and friendly I couldn't recommend them enough
