We had total blockage of underground waste pipe between kitchen & manhole. Having spent days removing kitchen sink unit & cutting through floor to access main waste and rodding etc we failed so called DynoRod out of desperation. Much to our relief Stuart quickly cleared the blockage, inserted a drain camera and showed us where the problem had been. Highly recommended.

An excellent service from Stuart on the two occasions he visited our house. The 1st was to correct an immediate issue that he did quickly and completely and we were very pleased. He recommended some additional work to avoid futures issues and left it with us. We decided to go ahead with the work and thankfully Stuart came to do the work. He was extremely thorough and we are very happy with the work.

We called Dynorod at 8.30pm tonight after a drain smell in the garden led to a flooded patio, which in turn led to bath water reappearing in the downstairs toilet creating a STINK in the whole house. We moved in only a couple of months ago, and this us now the third lingering issue from the previous owners.

I was told that someone would be with us within 4 hours.

10 minutes lates, Stuart called to say he would be with us in a further 10 minutes, which he was! So 20 minutes after calling, Stuart arrived. He was friendly and professional. He asked for a few details and the began the job of rodding through the drains. It was revolting, but no complaints from Stuart. He happily cleared the blockage, and ran the system through until we had perfectly clear water. He gave us some advice on how to stop the drains blocking until we can get something more permanent sorted.

We were so grateful that Stuart was able to do the job so quickly and so professionally.

Honest and best service I have had in a very long time. He was very helpful, polite and calm. Constantly reassuring me he would try he’s best to unblock the drains even though it was late, he didn’t give up until my drains where unblock.

Had slow draining toilet and found to be blocked drain that was difficult to get to. Can’t fault the guys really professional arrived on time and would definitely recommend to anyone. Job done and we now have a working toilet again.

We were hearing a glugging sound from our sink. We thought it was the U-Bend and used sink cleaner. Later, we realised the drain was blocked, but the drain cover is in a flower bed, so we did not see it was overflowing.
We called Dyno Road and an engineer arrived about 3 hours later. He unblocked the drain in about ten minutes and said it was caused by a build up of soap residue from the washing machine. This was because we wash at low temperatures which most of us do nowadays.
He said we should occasionally put a couple of kettles full’s of boiling water down the drain to disperse the soap residue, which we will now do.
As it was a quick job he applied the minimum charge, which we appreciated.
We have only had two drainage problems in the past 30 years and both times we used Dyno Rod. I believe you are always safe using Dyno Rod. Top marks from us!

Brilliant - completed the job (seriously blocked sink) in not much more than half an hour - a job that it took a plumber an hour and a half to decide he couldn’t do it! The Dyno men were pleasant, polite and efficient.

What an amazing service. A really helpful engineer who was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Freddie from the chelmsford office did a fantastic job at 1:30am. He managed to clear a waste drain blockage by rodding without disturbing any of the neighbours. Terrific skill and really nice guy.

Our toilet was blocked. Experienced engineers visited us the same day. They were able to unblock our drain and toilet. Great service.

Our toilet blocked on a Saturday night. The engineer was here within 2 hours of the call being placed. He was helpful and knowledgable. We got the problem, a large block of loose lime scale in the cast iron pipe, sorted within the hour and all working again. He was a complete hero.
