Quick and efficient service
I had a very positive experience with Mitchell H, who came out today to investigate a leak on our water pipe.
He was professional, friendly and polite throughout the visit. He took the time to properly investigate the issue, explained what he was doing and answered our questions clearly.
Mitchell was helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel reassured that the problem was being looked into properly.

These guys were excellent. Firstly, I missed their first visit and they turned around to come back to me. Then the engineer cleared the blockage and checked everything thoroughly before going. Excellent value for money. Head office very helpful too.

He explained everything clearly, gave me all the information I needed, and was very helpful in looking at the issue and seeing what could be done for us.

Quick and effective response…
I called this morning and spoke to a charming man who arranged an emergency call out for my two blocked sinks. Another friendly and helpful man arrived a couple of hours later and quickly unblocked both sinks. He was friendly, polite and explained how to avoid similar problems occurring in the future. I would definitely use Dynorod again.
