Pete was absolutely brilliant! Firstly he knew I was on a night shift and was very respectful of this, he was our third visit to sort a drain problem and could have easily left it for another visit due to some real difficulties but he worked around it all and got it sorted for us which we are so appreciative of. He was super kind and chatty too which was nice so thank you again Pete :)

Excellent service, the technician arrived within an hour and cleared the blockage in my outside drain, he cleared away any residual mess, great job thanks again for your help on a Sunday, a very professional service the technician is a real credit to your company.

Easily made an appointment on line, received texts to confirm. The engineer rang to say he was on his way, lovely friendly guy who cleared the blockage very quickly. Payment was also very easy! Would recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. Someone phoned us quickly after completing the online booking form. We were booked in for an appointment at a convenient time and communication on the day was great. The employee phoned to say he was on his way and texts were received too. Job fixed and camera revealed some issues. Would recommend and use again. Thank you.

Engineer 70 top man 👌
Engineer turned up when he said he would very friendly but professional with it assessed the problem and got on with it 40 to 50 minutes later problem solved equipment away and cleaned up paperwork completed drains all sorted and he was away top man very efficient don’t have a name but he was engineer 70 thanks again

Brilliant customer service from the…
Brilliant customer service from the moment I was in touch with Dyno rod. Matthew Hopkinson the engineer was brilliant unblocked the drain the best herl could but unfortunately couldn't dislodge the items blocking the drain after jetting but did everything possible to get the items out in adverse weather. Explained what to do to get the issue fixed would definitely use again engineer was brilliant and very helpful many thanks
