Cistern inlet valve broken
We had a toilet that would not stop running. Louis from Dyno-Rod came out and was exceptional. He is a tall lad and access to the concealed system is via an under stairs cupboard which he had to crawl through! He replaced the inlet valve and surrounding parts which were heavily scaled. He tested the system three times and ensured he waited as the previous fix by another engineer had failed. Louis was professional, friendly and took pride in his work. First rate job. 5 Stars. Thank you

Huge thanks to Samuel who came out to assist us at very short notice, after the water tank in the loft sprung a leak and came through the ceiling of my daughter’s bedroom. Super helpful and efficient and all fixed in under an hour. Highly recommended!
