5/5 - Hot water cylinder replacement by Dyno-Rod
Kai and Connor recently replaced our hot water cylinder and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both were great lads with brilliant personalities - professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have in the house.

Special mention to Kai for how organised and efficient he was throughout. He covered all the main carpet areas around the airing cupboard with waterproof covers without even being asked, and both Kai and Connor wore shoe covers inside. You can tell Kai clearly enjoys his job. He took real care and time to complete a very professional job, explaining everything as he went.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely, yes. In fact I’ve already asked Kai to come back and replace some taps for us.

Charlie Page came to my property to fix the shower temperature issue and did a great job. He was polite, professional, and a really good guy to deal with. He quickly identified the problem and got everything sorted efficiently. Very pleased with the service and would happily recommend him.

We had a leak from a water pipe in our loft. Anthony sorted it out - replacing the leaking value and pipe work quickly and efficiently.

About a month ago a dyno engineer attended our property to install a new flush to our toilet. A week or so later we discovered a pool of water in the kitchen directly below the toilet so we called again and another engineer attended but couldn’t identify the problem. I week or so later it happened again and a third different engineer, Charlie Page, attended. He identified the problem and rectified the problem which was the fault of the first engineer that attended. He was very customer orientated and seemed to take pride in his work. All of this was done as part of our British Gas maintenance cover.

Grant was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly fixed the issue with my toilet and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Friendly, efficient, and reliable service — I would definitely recommend him.

Clarence came, recognised the problem right away and fixes was done very quickly. He then explained what he done.

We'd been having problems with our water system for a while and after a few visits from British Gas who were unable to diagnose the issue, the engineer who came and was able to diagnose the issue over a couple of issues. His customer service was great and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing, meaning we could trust in his advice.
The engineer, who came to change our water cylinder was very friendly and efficient and the team in the office was super friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. Despite the problem being a bit elusive, it was eventually sorted

Charlie arrived on time and was friendly and pleasant. He was knowledgeable and professional. I’d totally forgot he was coming but he wasn’t phased and helped me solve the issue. He’s a credit to the company.
