DynoRod were the first company that could come out and replace a shower for me within a short timescale for a rental property, they also were able to fit the work in a day earlier than expected and contacted me to see if that could be accommodated. So communication prior to installation was excellent. Unfortunately, there was no communication to me confirming successful installation, and no reply to my email sent enquiring about it (which I sent 2 days after install) and I didn't hear from them again until I phoned chasing 2 weeks later.
So good overall, but let down by their backend operations team. Confirmation of installation, updates etc are important for landlords who need to met stringent record keeping requirements, particularly post RRA. Hopefully they will bear the feed back in mind.

I booked a call out for my mum. Plumber was very efficient and completed the job just as she wanted and she is very pleased with the result. I have used this company before and would highly recommend

Unfortunately due to the bank holiday I had to wait for an engineer to arrive. Arrived first thing on the Tuesday morning and advised that he would need to order the parts. Came back on Wednesday afternoon and fitted the shower. Overall very happy with the service that was provided.

Had a Saturday call because of a toilet leak. They told me wife they had isolated the toilet and we could use the other toilet in the house and would return on Monday with parts but they just turned off the stopcock so had no water all weekend.

On there second visit they replaced fill value but didn't adjust the water level so when you flushed a tiny amount of water came out. They added a new isolation valve but didn't use any paste or anything so it kept leaking.

In the end decided to call out another company to fix still leaking toliet who changed a fraction of the price. They identified the problem (new fill value) and fixed the leaks left by Dyno-Rod, had all the parts to hand and were generally much more professional.

My 92 year old mother has a contract with British gas home care that covers her water and drains the water and drains are contracted out to Dyno rod. She booked an appointment for last week to fix her toilet.Nobody turned up. So my sister rebooked for yesterday. Someone turned up in a van she didn't recognise and entered her house said his mate was down the road parking. He flushed the toilet and said it's broken. After ten minutes he went outside to phone his mate to see where he was and that was the last she saw of him I phoned Dyno rod last night who were unable to tell me if this man was a Dyno rod engineer or not but booked an appointment for this morning for them to do the job and set a password for security so that my 92 year old mother who is terrified that the man yesterday was casing her home and may return to break in knows the person's who turns up is genuine.well he arrived promptly but had no knowledge of any password so she sent him away.My sister and myself have been trying to get hold of Dyno rod for the last four hours but only get an answer phone and despite leaving several messages there has been no response.

Really positive experience, very helpful chap happy to spend all the time needed to get to the root of the problem and sort it.

Yes, turned up on same date as phone call, did job, highlighted all the problems, cleared the blockage, then left. What else can I say.

Engineer Jamie arrived exactly as arranged and inspected the drainage problem. Informed us of what needed to be done, and carried out the unblocking work very effectively and to our satisfaction. Will definitely use this company again if needed, and will pass on contact to friends and neighbours if similar work is needed. Thank you for a job well done.

Arrived within allotted time indicated. Operative was polite and swift in operation. Blockage sorted within minutes. Great service and fully recommend.

Came out the next day to unblock a sewer pipe. Carried out the job exactly as promised, fast courteous and efficient. Technician was excellent!

Booked an appointment on line , but nobody showed up . No correspondence, so I had to phone to chase it , was put through to the plumber whose phone was off . Have had a phone call 2 weeks later , but went Else where to get the job done .

Made a mistake in my booking. It got noticed only when Dyno turned up at the wrong address. Got rebooked for another day but Dyno Engineer turned up on the same day sorting it out. Brilliant customer service and commitment.

Arrived on time.
Blocked toilet he tried plunging and then cleared the drain which was blocked. I found DynoRod quite expensive and am sure there is cheaper elsewhere. Was charged just over £150 for 15 mins work.

My first experience with Dyno Rod - or any plumber for that matter - and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to go out of their way to get the job done.

We had a chronic, ongoing issue with our kitchen drain. Finally, it was time to call the professionals!
