Very helpful guy. Because of my bad back he volunteered to move some planters to make his job easier. The drain was cleared and flushed after explaining where the problem was.

The guys who came out to unblock my sewer were great, so friendly and professional and remembered they came the year before for the same thing.
Everything was sorted in under 15 minutes with great care and attention, completely cleaned up after they finished. Would recommend them to anyone.

Appalling communication . The team that carried out work on my property were excellent , but , the admin staff were worse than useless , no letter or correspondence before or after , lots of promises to complete reports but nothing done despite numerous phone calls . totally unreliable

Came out to look at job but didn’t quote or even bother contacting me to say they weren’t going to!

The work itself was fast and effective.
But with a 24h delay from the booked appointment.
We were not informed of the delay and the office was not answering calls when we tried to chase for a status update.

Lee who attended and sorted the blockage out was 5star
The staff in the office were rubbish
Afternoon contact said I was booked in at 4pm to 6pm
After no show at 6-30 the office staff said they had no bookings for attendance?
Very poor.

Dyno-Rod recently fixed a blocked drain in the garden of my house. The man who came was here for a very short time, did a fantastic job and even threw in some free advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Easily booked over the phone for same day call out. The chap was very polite and very helpful. It is on the expensive side but you do get a great service and result.

Sorted the blocked drain quickly and efficiently,bit pricey I thought but I suppose it reflects the job at hand,friendly and polite employee though ,explained what may have happened to cause the blockage and what they were doing to rectify it.
