Superb professionals
Dyno-Rod Caerphilly have been superb. Their manager Lee Rees came out straightaway yesterday after I’d rung the office. Due to the serious nature of our leak in our kitchen he arranged for 1 of their teams to come out first thing this morning, Another Lee & Craig were very professional, polite and explained things very clearly. They moved & replaced poor pipework and left us with fresh running water after 4 days without water as other plumbers couldn’t fix it. We would 100% use Dyno Rod again ! Thank you Lee, Lee & Craig

Our Dyno plumber was so helpful
Our Dyno plumber was so helpful, sorting out a leak in our washing machine. He tried to use the existing flexible pipe to keep the cost down but when that didn't work he came back straight away with a replacement pipe and tap. Polite and professional throughout, I strongly recommend Dyno plumbers

Update
Shower seems fine no leaks.
Hopefully all sorted.
If future problems develop as Dyno Rod suggested will upgrade to ceramic shower tray.

Chosen by Home Insurance to fix leak in soil pipe caused by rodents. Quick job and easily fixed. Could have done with better comms as waited in from 8am with a phone call at 3pm "I'm 10 minutes away". Generally happy though.

I contacted Dyno rod to repair an external leak that Welsh water would not repair Barry was very professional and provided me with a very competitive quote , work began within a week and took 3 days. The workers were very neat, tidy and polite and the works were completed to an excellent standard. Would definitely contact again in the future if needed.

Unbeatable service
We had a leak from the mains pipe under the stair cupboard.
Dyno sent Caldean and Logan who arrived within an hour of our distress call (husband unwell at the time). Both guys were so friendly and very efficient and professional, completing the work quickly whilst explaining everything as they went along and offering some good advice as well. They were very neat and tidy and really went above and beyond expectation in their work and approach.
Cannot speak more highly of Dyno plumbing.
Shall recommend to everyone we know.
