Faultless service, I cannot recommend enough. The plumber engineer Josh was very polite and helpful. He explained what needed to be carried out and it was done straight away. If you want a professional standard of work, you won’t go far wrong.

Didn’t repair or replace …
The guy who called was polite enough but I have a policy that covers me for up to £1,500 worth of repairs. No repairs were done. Not a happy customer, apparently they just don’t do anything for Axa jobs. My cover is through Swinton emergency home care insurance.

The plumbers came quickly however just turned of the water. Waste of time
The plumbers came quickly to fix the leak under the tap. However, all they could do due the policy from axa was turn the water off to the cold tap. They kindly explained the to fix the tap needed to turn two connecting washers and tighten them up. I had to do that! Lucky I had the tools. It would have taken them 30 seconds. No words. I know they were following some insurance policy. They took longer filling out the paperwork. I Suppose it’s not their fault, just a reflection of the society we live in. Dire

Rang the insurance company this morning at 11.15 am. to make an appointment for someone to mend a fault in our toilet. By 12.45pm job done by a very nice young man. Great service thank you

Great customer service
Arrived within 2 hours. Quickly established the issue and sorted the problem within an hour which involved replacing a piece of pipe work. Had to drain part of the system-no mess and kept me informed of what he was doing👍

When it came to make payment it was all a bit hysterical: I was out of the country and not available for about 2 hrs. As a result they said that they would disconnect everything etc. unnecessary stress for my wife and daughter who had to handle everything. A bit of trust, such as I have shown in them would not go amiss.

Had an engineer out to change my toilet…
Had an engineer out to change my toilet because flush broke. The toilet got changed. He was here before. Didn’t mention the new one would be small than the old one on the first visit . After having it changed, we were advised we could either put a piece of wood behind it and screw it to the toilet ourselves to fill the gap or the company could do it but charge for another hour. We were told the old toilet seat would be collected by a company and old toilet seat was left in front of the house. It’s been 7 days now . I have chased twice. Apparently it’s possibly for another 2 days. The explanation was that it would normally take this long because pick up company covers the whole Wales. The toilet functions as you would expect it to . Other than that a bit of an underwhelming experience

Excellent Job
Dyno-Rod were excellent in sorting out my friend's kitchen hot water tap. Although the labour fee is expensive, the gentleman didn't delay and my friend was really happy with the work carried out in such a short time frame. Reliable and efficient. We were informed every step of the way from booking the appointment to the job's completion.
