Dynorod Glasgow failed to appear to carry out the job, despite it being reconfirmed over the phone 2 days previously. No contact from them on the day of the appointment to say that they were not coming. Worse, this job was at my late father's house, which cost me a day off work, 3 hours driving and £43 in petrol - they were aware in advance of this. I tried calling them but no answer despite advertising a 24/7 service. Very poor service and difficult to recommend them. UPDATE Response to Dynorod reply - we will need to agree to differ on your attempts to call. 1 - when we spoke in advance of the appointment to reconfirm it, it was made clear to you I was travelling to the house and you did not specify that I would need to answer a phone call as a condition of attendance. 2 - I offered a mobile number and you said it wasn't necessary. 3 - the landline which you have is my office one and the system shows no missed calls and no voicemails were left. It would also call my laptop, and my mobile if not answered. I had both of those with me all day.

Really knowledgeable individual, who very patiently explained what was wrong a number of times, until I could say it back correctly to him! To be patient in the pouring rain is a rare skill indeed. I would 100% use Dinorod again, if needed. Thank you

I was at my wits end. I phoned Wednesday night and they were there 9am Thursday. Toilet was unblocked by 9.30am. Amazing service. Calm in the face of someone who was so stressed. I would recommend to everyone. Was worth every penny. Thank you so much

Brilliant service. Had a blocked soil drain. Called Dyno rod at 8am this morning and they had the blockage cleared by 12.30pm. I fully reccomend them

Turned up within a few hours of booking, lovely chap, friendly & got right in about the job. Was seamless & everything sorted within an hr.

The two men that came out to fix my blockage problem we're friendly, professional and efficient. Gave me a quote and had the problem fixed within 10 minutes and explained what the issue was and how to help avoid similar issues in the future. Had spoken to 2 plumbers and another drainage company before this who could not fix the issue or kept giving me the run around. Highly recommended. 5 star service.
