Fast, friendly and professional
The two men that came out to fix my blockage problem we're friendly, professional and efficient. Gave me a quote and had the problem fixed within 10 minutes and explained what the issue was and how to help avoid similar issues in the future. Had spoken to 2 plumbers and another drainage company before this who could not fix the issue or kept giving me the run around. Highly recommended. 5 star service.

DynoRod were great. Their representative James went above and beyond to help me out. He successfully completed the job, was enormously professional and curteous throughout. A credit to his employer so he was. Because of him i would definately use DynoRod again.

From a phone call to Dino- Rod
From a phone call to Dino- Rod , late afternoon , an Engineer ( James) called early evening .He attempted to clear , the blockage , which was causing my flat to be subject to backed up stale water and debris . He was empathetic , keeping me up to date .unfortunately the cause of the problem was a blocked sewar , so Scottish Water have been contacted . But gratitude is due to James

Brilliant service, fantastic advice
Called 4pm and the engineers were with us by 1pm the following day. An initial assessment was carried out, the issue was explained to us in full and we were given a few solution options.
Quick and efficient work from 2 lovely guys. Highly recommend using Dyno rod as opposed the 2 local plumbers that had "fixed" the job previously.

The operator Joe came at a nice early…
The operator Joe came at a nice early time and explained what he was doing. Got on with unblocking our drain then checked all water was flushing normally in toilets and taps, out through the main drain. Couldn't be more helpful. Good service.

I had a blocked shower, it was draining slowly and flooding at times, I phoned the first company, but they were unable to fix the issues, they gave me Dyno Rod number, so I called them and they send James the next day, James was able to fix the problem, thank you very much JAMES you did a fantastic job, now the shower’s draining properly, five stars James in particular and Dyno-Rod in general, highly recommended
