Dyno-Rod - South Central Scotland Opiniones 

This is the second time that dyno rod have come out to help fix my drains. My house is 1850s with plumbing that matches that date. On both occasions they have been great, taking the time to chat through what is wrong and how it could be fixed and helping to solve any issues.

Prompt excellent service from Willie & Malky. Nothing was too much trouble and guys checked everything was working prior to leaving. Thankyou

Absolutely 1st class service, turned up with 1hr of call and unblocked my drain within minutes, very prompt service, and will definitely use again and again

Contacted 10am today, blocked shower/sink in bathroom. Guys arrived 14:30 today fixed blockage and now all ok.
Both guys pleasant and respectful of property and me. All work explained and I am very happy with service and customer care.

I contacted the team for a water leak in my garden, I spoke to Willie who was fantastic, gave me great advice and reassurance. In the end I did not require their services but Willie was more than happy to talk to me and offer his expert advice, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Dyno-Rod were sent out by my insurance, the first guy who came out made the issue worse and when I asked about fixing the problem by paying directly (it wasn't covered by insurance) he gave me a story about needing a joiner to get the side of my bath off and that couldn't be done today, etc. I offered to take the side of my bath off myself and he waffled on about other complications and left.

Rain water then started filling up my bath and a pipe started leaking - they sent a plumber, who said the first guy lied about the issue and he couldn't touch it.

I then had to stay up all night to stop my flat flooding.

Third guy came out the next day - said the plumber lied and also wouldn't touch it. Also said he couldn't even give me a quote to get it sorted and left.

I then spoke to the receptionist who was really kind and helpful - she said the same thing about needing a joiner - desperate by this stage - I ripped the side off the bath myself and they agreed to come back out.

Fourth guy came out - said there was no need to take the side off the bath in the first place (thanks for that) and sorted the issue in the space of 20 mins.

I don't really care about the side of my bath at this point - it seems to me the last guy was the only really competent one and if the others had been honest and not just blamed their colleagues, this whole thing could've been sorted sooner.

It's also pretty embarrassing for Dyno-Rod that their engineers just slagged eachother off constantly - this didn't help me and just made them look bad.

The part that bothers me most is that I had to take time off work, and Dyno-Rod wouldn't have been out of pocket for multiple visits, if only they'd agreed to take my money and fix it the first time, or even the second time! I will say, the fourth guy to come out (I think his name was Joe, not sure though because I was sleep deprived at this point) was a total gem - the only one who took his shoes off at the door, he was respectful and straight forward, and just got to work.

The dyno rod guy was very perlite and helpful.
Solved our blockage in no time

William was great called to say when to expect him and he was spot on. I found him very friendly and professional he informed me what he needed to do to clear my blocked drain and cleared up after himself. It's a nice change from some workmen who just dont care.

The engineer, James, was fantastic. A complicated blockage and went about solving the problem efficiently and carefully

I had to call Dyno Rod for my elderly parents home. Blocked drain shower & sink. From calling to getting job done I would say was 1st class. My Dad has Dementia & was very confused. James (engineer) was very patient & understanding regarding this. The job was done very efficiently & James explained what was being done. The reason I have given 4 stars is I thought the time we had to wait on the engineer arriving was quite a while it was a Saturday & I know it was very busy ( I did call the office & the girl was very nice & helpful) so 5 stars to Engineer & admin but maybe DynoRod management could look at having more engineers working.

Service was first class. Our Dyno-Rod engineer went above and beyond. He kept us informed regarding when he would be arriving at our property; he was highly professional and solved the issue really quickly. I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was at completion. Thank you!

The engineer brought expertise & tenacity to a particularly difficult drain problem. This had been years in the making before I moved in 6 weeks ago.
Nothing but admiration.

Worst customer service ever!

Booked to arrive first thing. Someone arrived, did nothing as we did not need ground work, but said that someone else would be back after 12 to do the job.

No one arrived and despite three calls where the person concerned was supposed to call us back, we had no contact at all. Left completely in the dark as to whether they were going to arrive, couldn’t do the job at all or were not coming.

Called this morning and yet another promise to call us back which I am sure will be ignored like all the other promises they have made.

First time using Dyno and a faultless experience. Called and had engineer out within hours to unblock our sewage drain. James (engineer) is a credit to the company, he sorted the issue straight away and was an absolute pleasure to deal with on a personal level. First class customer service demonstrated.

This is the first time our small Funeral Business has had to use the services from Dyno-Rod I have to say the gentleman who came to our rescue was called Colin and he was outstanding, he arrived in impeccable time, friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional, quickly analysed and found the issue, not only did he get our drains flowing quickly again he also took away any mess which was made in the process. It simply doesn’t get better service than that. On a personal note we are both hoping not to use each others services for a long time. ;)
