Michael arrived to deal with blocked main drain, he obviously has lots of experience, he new exactly what was needed, he explained everything as he was doing it, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing/ drain work.

Great service
Ok so maybe a bit more expensive than your local plumber but worth every penny. Easy to book online, quick call from customer service to confirm with a fixed price and a plumber that turns up when they say they will. Problem fixed in 30 mins and everything explained at the end would definitely use again.

No messing around, he figured out what the problem was (the outside drain was completely blocked and full of water) and sorted it in about half an hour. I can't believe how fast the water drains now. Thanks very much! :)

Dyno-rod to the rescue
Great company to deal with from start to finish. I was well informed and prepared for their visit. I got a call to say they were in the way. Arrived on time and very professional. I needed my downpipe cleared as it was blocked with dirt. The guy showed me the dirt and talked me through what he was doing. He also gave me good advice.

Dynarod were professional from beginning to end. We had to have tree roots dislodged from a drain. The engineer completed the job without damaging any of my newly tiled path. Excellent work and I’m happy to recommend Dynarod.

What a mess
What a mess they have left of our garden. Raw sewage left all over the place. Nothing cleaned up. This is a disgrace. I was at work and came home to this. If I could attach I picture I would. This is unacceptable and lazy. Shocking!!!!

We are very sorry to hear about the unacceptable condition of your garden and the sewage. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. On arrival to your property the mess was already there in the garden. Our instruction from the client was to camera to identify the issue, however, not possible due to the blockage. Further recommendations were made to the client and still await their instructions.

Joe was fantastic, .courteous, diligent and explained everything fully. Got rid of the blockage and checked everything to make sure the lines were running well before he would leave. Hopefully never need the service again But if I did Dyno-Rod be the one I’d call

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, confirmed what date they would visit our house, this was a led up with confirmation email snd phone call half an hour before arriving. Work was carried out proficiently and numerous checks to ensure blocked drain rectified. Guarantee explained and to call back iv any issues within the 90 days. The workmen we had was excellent
