Can't fault the whole process, called first thing in the morning, appointment was booked in right away, updates were given, engineer was at property by 6pm. Cleared blockage and gave advice, very helpful and appreciate the issues being resolved so swiftly!

Sewage outflow blockage.
I live in an apartment block and was advised by my plumber to contact the management company of the apartments as there seems to be a partial blockage in the sewage outflow.
One of your technicians attended
and suggested it could be caused by the structure of the building. I requested he check the outflow and assumed he was going to do such.
The management company have received a response from Dynorod, who insist the problem is probably caused by the back to back wc design.
However, it seems they never inspected the outflow arrangement.

Very efficient
Our plumber was chris , he was very polite, put me as ease and was very helpful. Talked us through the whole process and was very efficient didn't take long to sort thankfully.
I do think dyno rod could maybe offer a pensioner discount rate as it certainly isn't cheap.
