Just had Dyno-Rod remove the u bend…
Just had Dyno-Rod remove the u bend from my drain exiting the house into the main sewer. It was old a proned to becoming blocked. These days they use a straight pipe instead with a one way flow valve to stop rats coming onto the property through the drain. They did the work fast and efficientl, left no mess and were cheaper than the other quotes I received. Very happy.

Drain was blocked for weeks, Dynorod cleared it in minutes.
Very easy to book. When I had a slot unexpectedly free, they moved my booking forward for me and sent someone the same day. The engineer had read my notes and unblocked the drain within minutes. Even gave some tips for maintenance afterwards.

Jake Forster was the plumber and he located the problem and sorted it. He was the 3rd plumber to attend the problem, but the only one who fixed it. Very good at his job. Many thanks to him.

All above board, careful to ensure I understand the price before proceeding, two calls to let me know when to expect them to arrive, polite, and safety-minded. You don’t want to have to call a drain service, but when you do at least the experience is as professional as this.

Dan was brilliant!!
Dan was brilliant!!! Unblocked straight away but he was determined to find the root cause and give it a once to help understand the health if the drains. Althoigh a tad expensive than others you do get a team with all the gear and knowledge. Dan was a Brilliant guy and service.

Booked online - Drain issue outside the house
Booked online, and Dyno rang me to confirm pricing & timing etc. Chris rang a few minutes before arrival and was excellent: fast, efficient & explained what he was doing & why... and also pointed out that a permanent fix is ThamesWater's responsibility ultimately (now and in future) but fixed the blocked drain issue sufficiently to ensure we did not suffer if TW took time to respond.
