Amazing Service
Immediate service. Very helpful on phone. We had two visits and both engineers (Justin and Daniel) went over and beyond to do the job and explain the situation. On the 2nd visit Daniel was thorough, polite and so considerate. Cannot recommend enough.

Good service but costly given problem seemed verysimple to sort!
Easy to book and the man who attended was great - charming, efficient, polite, knowledgable and considerate.
Only negatives were timings - booked for between 1 and 6 then advised visit would be between 12 and 4. Eventually arrived after 4!
And although overall positive, for less than half an hours labour, involving one man and only equipment seemingly needed being a long rod, £195 charge seems a bit steep.

Great overall customer experience
Online booking simple, arrived within 24hrs, was knowledgeable, polite, and did everything he could to investigate. Would definitely use again, if needed. Great customer experience all round. How it should be done.

Blocked drains in kitchen and utility room
Online booking was simple and had an appointment the next day having booked at 10pm the previous day (Sunday) . Got to the cause of blocked drain quickly and resolved it within 1hr. Really polite and professional engineer. Great service all round.

Quote kept changing and broken manhole cover
The booking process and the follow up was straightforward and professional. The person coming out to unblock my drain was cheerful and informative about the process and called ahead of arrival as promised.
I was quoted £180 when booking the call out. The next day (day of appointment) the person who called to confirm the booking asked what I had been quoted and said it was incorrect and should be £190. The person who arrived told me it should have been £195 but that he was prepared to do the work for £190. How can the price change by £15 in 22 hours??
He also broke the manhole cover and claimed it was already broken, which I am very unhappy about. It was in one piece when we lifted it to see what the problem was before calling to arrange a call out. When I said this he admitted he might have “nicked it”with his power hose. I also heard from inside the house how hard he dropped it back in place when he had finished his work! An unhappy customer…

Friendly and professional service
Chris was friendly and professional and quickly solved the blocked drain. He was also highlighted an issue which caused the drain to block and was able to recommend further remedial work to the drain.
I would highly recommend Dyno-Rod.

Price as quoted. I appreciated knowing the price before they arrived. Many other providers charge by the 30min and you feel v exposed not knowing what it may cost you.

Amazing work by Jake from Dyno.
Amazing work by Jake from Dyno.
Jake had to spend several hours finding the source of a blockage in the upstairs bathroom. Jake methodically and expertly found the blockage and was able to force pressure through the pipe network in the house (via the attic bathroom, which required tricky manoeuvres/ removal of wood board to gain access).
This was a very difficult job, brilliantly solved and fixed by Jake.
Highly recommended!
