Very simple to book very accommodating for an afternoon visit. Keeper well up to date on what time they will arrive. Very simple payment problem was solved showed me the problem and showed me when problem was solved. Very polite people.

The engineer was fabulous. No fuss, quick and efficient and gave good advice to prevent any further possible issues. 5 stars Thank you.

We had a major problem with our internal drains to outside drain due to limescale build up. Slow drainage and sometimes backing up. We were so pleased they sent Craig. He originally came with a camera to identify the problem so he knew what was needed. He did a thorough job and cleared the walls of the drains with a special machine that removed all the debris. He worked hard. All internal drains are emptying quickly now to the outside drain. It is an excellent service provided by Dyno-Rod from backup admin in the office by Darcey and the site work by Craig. Thank you to all involved.

Blocked drain from toilet. Caused by limescale. The service was excellent. Came before stated time. The engineer was extremely thorough. Sorted the problem but also checked all other drains to ensure no debris left

Very helpful staff handled the call and arranged for a same-day engineer to come out and help with a blockage.
Received a call from our engineer Adam to let us know he was on his way. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining what the problem was. The issue needed a second visit to fully resolve and he was always very polite and friendly.
Afterwards he left all the area clean and tidy and even used disinfectant to clear down.

4 stars only because it would be nice if you could at least book a morning or afternoon slot rather than 8am to 6pm. Otherwise very good service, helpful advice on preventing further issues.

Prompt response. Cleared blocked outside within 30 minutes. Friendly and professional engineer. Efficient office staff.

Blocked drain cleared very quickly, good communication from all at company, would recommend.

The staff member who visited was very helpful, polite and thorough. He visited our neighbours and checked their drains too and advised that it was a Thames Water problem. So whilst he wasn’t able to rectify the issue himself, he ensured that we knew what next steps to take and we weren’t charged for his short visit. Thank you to the team member who visited. Thames Water have since rectified the issue.

Luke arrived really quickly, was very pleasant, courteous and got the church’s blocked drain cleared efficiently.
Before he could start to tackle the blockage however, it took over 30mins to get the water tank on the Dyno Rod vehicle filled from our house tap.

Honestly I called Dyno rod because they came years ago and did a great job. Their efficacies are top and respectful by naming Craig who came and the lady in the office.
I am grateful for their kindness over the phones.
Also they reassured me that everything is fine. Thank you very much.

Contacted late on Monday afternoon and job listed and completed by mid morning on Tuesday. Staff member was polite, punctual and very professional- a really high standard of operation.

Adam was great.
Rang ahead to inform of arrival time and was done and packed up in a little over an hour.
Clear the blockage and left everything as he found it.
Can’t fault anything. Great service from booking to completion of the job.
