Recently having problems of time screening out, spending time diligently filling out questions, this is unfortunate. Wrote to e-Rewards and very promptly received a reply. Very informative and helpful staff. Thank you.

Spent 30 minutes doing a survey and answering about 20 in-depth questions, and I am told I am not the right fit for the survey. This happened again and again with e-rewards. Waste of time.

After 10 years I have closed my account. Many survey offers do not eventuate due to the non qualification. The rewards are miserable. Honestly it is a waste of time. Used to be ok in the past.

If I ever have a problem with surveys, I always get in touch with the help desk. I always get a prompt reply and have my problem solved in no time. Keep up the good work.

Yes, customer service is good but too many surveys kick you out after answering far too many qualifying questions and for no reward. Also the points per survey are pathetic compared to others eg Red Planet where you get say 200 Qantas FF points per survey (and 15 if you do not qualify), not the pathetic conversion rate you get on this. Also object to having to provide photo ID and a selfie to even convert the points.

The customer service centre provides some of the best and fastest resolutions to any of my enquiries.

I really enjoy completing the surveys which allow me to express my views. Claiming Velocity reward points is very welcome
If an issue occurs (which is rare) the matter is resolved quickly and satisfactorily

I was frustrated that a Survey had questions that required an invalid response to proceed to the next question. For example: Does your bike have gears, does your bike have no gears ? A simple question except I don't haver a bike and there was no option to say "Not applicable". I had spent time getting to this spot in the Survey only to find I got not continue. I reported the issue and received a prompt response within 24 hours, with an apology and a credit for the points I would have received had I been able to complete the Survey. Excellent follow up.

I've been with erewards for a number of years and all has been great until the last few months.
I'm finding that often I start a survey and get the advice that the survey has been closed or finish a survey and get the same message. Problem are solved but it's very frustrating especially as you have to contact the help desk for a resolve. This is happening frequently.
All good otherwise.

Did a eRewards survey today which gave me 75 points, ie 25 Velocity points. Shortly after the very same survey popped up on my Pureprofile Flybuys feed for 600 points, ie 300 Velocity points. I prefer not to waste my time on the former.

This is a company that sends you surveys to complete- some longish and some shortish. The surveya are generally no trouble to complete and before you know it you have built up a respectable number of points that can then be converted to a number of options like gift cards, etc. if you do encounter any problems, there tech se Timon gets back to you pretty smart ish and sorts out the problem, no bother at all, and then checks all is ok. I have been doing these surveys since 2012, so that says something positive, eh!

So….. I continually found myself partially through a survey, often close to the end, only to be terminated with no points awarded.

As other writers have stated, this is unfair as once you commence a survey and meet the participant criteria, you should be allowed to complete the survey. But this is not quite how it works! It appears you can be terminated at any stage through a survey, even near the end.

I lodged a complaint and this was their response…...

“There will be cases when your participation will be cut off or ended before actually submitting your responses. This mostly happens when the client has already obtained the total number of completes they need for their study. In some cases, the client's survey has its own set of qualifying/quality check questions, which do not refer to your profiled data in our system. So you will indeed encounter cases where you will be disqualified at the beginning or somewhere in the middle or at the end of a survey.
 
If the status on your survey history is "screened out" or "quota full" this means that either we had reached the necessary number of completes prior to you entering the survey or that your answers didn't meet the specified criteria necessary to complete that particular survey.”

Claiming rewards is smooth although there aren’t many options for claiming rewards!

Earn points on e-Rewards and use them with a number of different Companies. We use whenever we go on Holidays, haven't paid full price for Accommodation for years now.

Always Surveys to complete of different points value and time to complete. I love it

Am very happy with the surveys but finding the redemption of points system difficult to navigate

The surveys are many and varied and any rare problems are solved quickly and satisfactorily.
