The product looks fine and as required. It arrived in good condition and reasonably promptly. Very happy with the service.

Poster arrived damaged and dirty.
However, once notified sales rectified with immediate effect.

Arrived sooner than expected

The sand timer is just what I wanted but I think the post and packaging price is out of proportion for something so light. Also the continual adding of VAT and tax - just state the final price.

Easy to order and prompt delivery, it would be better if there was somewhere on the order form to explain opening times of the setting as we are only at playgroup part time and it was lucky that someone was in the building to receive delivery.

On the 20th April I ordered lots of Coronation resources for my childcare setting. It’s now 2nd of May and I haven’t received the goods or a response to my email enquiring after their arrival. This company sells lovely resources, I have used them before, delivery is alway slow but this time it’s off the scale ridiculously slow, if I’m going to receive it at all?

UPDATE and response to message from the Seller:
Yes I’ve just seen a reply to my email, telling me that you are awaiting stock for coronation resources, the email came only after I chased up the order, and your reply came four days before the coronation, and weeks after I placed my order for which you took the money for, despite not having the goods. As I have already informed you I believe this is immoral practice and I will be informing Visa of my experiences. It appears from the awful reviews you get on here I’m not the first customer to be taken for a ride by your business, taking money for goods you simply cannot supply.

When my order arrived, it was not even in a box, the item was just wrapped in cling film, I was surprised it was not damaged. (Sorry got orders mixed up, was dispatched the next working day)

Great selection with keen prices and mega deals. Would have liked to know who the courier was so that I could track the parcel a little more closely, otherwise great communication.

After 2 weeks of not receiving the order (I allowed extra time for Easter), I called to find out where it was. I was told delivery had been attempted a week and a half earlier. I told the person on the phone that nothing had been posted through the door and no one had contacted me to say delivery had been attempted. I didn't receive any apology at all and was told i'd have to wait til the next week for redelivery. I explained the package was for my daughter's birthday party but there was no attempt to get it sent earlier and more importantly, no apology.
The delivery driver just turned up today, on the new delivery date, with half of the order, and that half was damaged. I called again to find out where the other part of the order was and was told it had been separated at the sorting office. The woman said the driver would not normally deliver a damaged product (i'm not sure what her point was and if she meant she didn't believe me?), then she said she'd send a replacement for the damaged part. Again no apology.
This is terrible customer service. A little human understanding would have made a big difference.

As a stay at home mum with a little boy who doesn't attend nursery I wanted to make sure I had age appropriate, educational resources available to him. This is my go to website. Easy website to navigate. Great range of products. Quick delivery and excellent quality. Definitely toddler proof.

Thank you for the delivery of this product, I must point out that I am very disappointed with the quality of these products for early years, all the edges are rough and sharp on the wooden planks and drain pipes, the tyres are not ridged, they cannot tolerate any weight even the wooden planks for the children to walk across, some of the plastic reels have snapped while the children tried to incorporate them into a construction. The children are always supervised and guided for safety reasons. But if I'm honest, unfortunately I do not think this set is fit for purpose or have a fitting price.
