WF-1000XM4 Sony Like New Again
I was ready to bin my Sony WF-1000XM4 ear buds but thought I’d try Earspan to get replacement ear bud covers.
WOW …. I could not believe how easy to fit and then so much better than before it made the sound quality and most important the noise cancelling function.
It now feels like I have a brand new pair of ear buds.

My EarFun pro 2 earbuds stopped…
My EarFun pro 2 earbuds stopped charging for some reason, I tried contacting ear span for a warranty claim only to be completely ignored, forcing me to buy new earphones from another site.

This is the second Amplifier microphone I have bought.
The quality is awesome and the delivery is so quick ordered it one day got it the next day and I am in Qld.
So can't fault the service or the product or the delivery.

Supported me to get the earbuds working. Initially I had difficulty. Was frustrating though that i couldn't speak to anybody and the click to chat was also down or at least non responsive.

Earbuds not working but able to get follow up support
I ordered a pair of Earbuds - they were delivered quickly but the product was faulty - one of the earbuds wasn't responsive and they were unable to be charged fully. I tried getting touch with them and there was a delay due to a Covid outbreak - which was explained via email and returns envelope sent out
