Hello Neil, The Lypertek Tevi 2.0 you've purchased is the advertised version on the Lypertek website (please check the specs https://www.lypertek.com/products/lypertek-pureplay-z3-2-0-true-wireless-in-ear-isolating-earphones ) the latest update 2.0 comes with Connect APP and bluetooth 5.2. manufacturers usually don't put 1.0 2.0 3.0 on their box packagings.

Hakii Fit earbuds.
Ordered the Hakii Fit earbuds. I was unable to charge them initially and sought help from Earspan. The cable was faulty which they happily replaced.

Earspan got straight back to address query
I thought I had been delivered the wrong model of ear-bud. Turns out it was correct, just some confusing information in online reviews.
This was sorted out efficiently when I contacted Earspan customer service, who responded promptly and clearly.
The MiFo O5 plus Gen2 buds that I got seem great. Lots of size options and hold in the ear well.
