Excellent customer service on all levels. I wanted an item that they didn’t have on their website - contacted them via their livechat and they offered to check with their supplier. A few hours later I received an email confirming they could order the item for me. Once I had paid for the item, it was ordered and delivered the next day. Amazing customer service - wish there were more companies this good!

I bought a kitchen bin, shipping was fast but it was missing some parts to fit it to the cabinet. Their customer service was really helpful and sent a next day delivery parcel with the missing parts. Great company.

Contacted East Coast about modifying my Blum kitchen to add a dishwasher. I wasn't sure if I needed extra parts to be able to move units around but East Coast responded giving me advice about how I could complete the modification without purchasing extra parts.

We ordered a Peka pull-out larder which was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. Unfortunately one part of the mechanism arrived damaged, but a replacement part was sent out immediately and arrived the next morning. Great customer service - we dealt with Lorraine who couldn't have been more helpful.

I recently bought a sink, sink waste kit and strainer, and a kitchen tap from East Coast Kitchens.

The first thing I really appreciated was that the website showed you exactly what kind of strainer was compatible with the sink, which meant that there were a range of options rather than just the expensive one that matched the sink. The website also suggests plumbing kits that work with the sink. This made it easy for someone without any plumbing knowledge or skill to know what to buy.

The communication around delivery was very clear and prompt, but when the sink arrived I was quite disappointed with it, as I felt like it didn't match the pictures or description. I emailed East Coast Kitchens, and the next day I received an email apologising and saying they had contacted the supplier. Within a week I had a replacement, and East Coast Kitchens were consistently helpful, apologetic and understanding.

I have already used them again for other items, and would happily recommend them to anyone. Really impressive customer service - thank you.

Ordered some plinth vents to meet required 200cm2 airflow for appliances the website had the information required and delivery was super fast and look fab when installed so will be using eastcoast kitchens again a+ service.

I had some issues with the product I ordered, but I want to make it clear that this wasn’t the fault of Eastcoast Kitchens—it was due to their supplier. Throughout the entire process, Eastcoast Kitchens were incredibly helpful and supportive.

They kept in regular contact, and even the manager personally reached out to assist me, which you don’t often get these days. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to resolve any problems.

While it was frustrating that the supplier let them down with the product, I honestly can't fault Eastcoast Kitchens themselves. They’re a great company to deal with, offering excellent customer service, and I would happily shop with them again.
