We where looking for a replacment equipment. Upon finding it here we liked what we saw and liked that it said it ships with 7-10 days. Great we ordered in 12-6-23. Checking the order as of 12/29/23 I am told this product does not ship from them but from the manufactor directly. I asked where that was and I am told they dont know but can tell me around 1/6/24 it will ship. So for a month I have to wait for it. No where on the website does it say it ships with vendor or tell where the vendor is. Never again will I order from this company customer service is crappy attitude is its your problem not ours. This company is all about money in my opion by not telling you all the info to make the correct desion on buying a product from them. Very misleading and dishonest.

Eastwood is easy to order from, and I was given updates on a regular basis. And as promised, it was delivered on time.

Than after order was placed received an email with a different coupon , which didn’t help afterwards!!!

I ordered paint from this company but never received it so after 5 weeks of not receiving
even a shipping notification I emailed them to try and find out why and they emailed me back stating that they don't cancel orders...they never once tried to give me an update on my order and now it's almost 8 weeks and still nothing

The machine works well and is ready to go to work right out of the box. My shipment had some damage in transit and the welding lense was shattered. All around great starter machine.

Ordered $3,000 worth of shop equipment. Less than 4 hours after placing the order, and days before they shipped it, they lower the price by $100. I requested a refund for the difference or in the alternative cancellation of the unshipped order. Of course they did not reply until days later, and when they did, both requests were denied because of their "policy," which claims that because of their allegedly fast shipping it is impossible to cancel an order after it is placed. Total nonsense. This would have cost Eastwood less than 2% of the order total to make a customer happy, but instead they decided to enforce the literal wording of a policy in a scenario for which it was not intended.

I hope Eastwood enjoys the $100 because it was the last dollar they ever get from me. I had to buy a sandblasting cabinet a few weeks later and got it somewhere else.

Item from order was cancelled but not refunded. No response to multiple email requests to solve the issue.

Order came quickly. Packaging was great.

Site was easy to navigate. Found the size and style of carbide burrs I needed in an 8 PC set. Shipped quickly and received in perfect condition. The double cut carbide 3/8" barrel burr made short work of the 10 gauge mild steel plate I had to hog out. Very happy to have this set in my toolbox.

Absolutely terrible packaging. Liquid containers of 32oz Pre paint prep were loosely thrown into a box. All three were dented and one leaked out about a third of its contents. No excuse for not being packed correctly. Charged me $20.00 to ship from Pennsylvania to Maryland. Not pleased at all. 😡

I love this welder. I am not a car guy, I'm a structural welder. I always wanted a Flux core for home to keep my tractor in running condition and for projects in the garden.
I have also wanted to try a tig rig too and cant wait till I have time to try that out! Really cool that it came with the regulators as well. Only reason this review is not a 5 is because I wish it was made domestically. Us blue collar workers value that. I would pay more.

Boxes were in terrible shape (falling apart) when received. UPS gave the option to allow return of the damaged boxes without internal inspection. I don't have time to reship and wait for an order that should be useable when I receive it. I blame poor packaging from the supplier (in China) more than I blame UPS. Poor packaging has been an issue on countless items I have ordered this year. I had to do extensive repairs on a parts washer (another company) because I didn't have time to ship it back. Eastwood should be back charging the supplier for poor packaging.

Eastwood should also drop their prices 25% for damaged parts.

Lower flanges on two of the feet were bent upwards. Unable to install drain bucket because one flange and base web was smashed in. Paint was scuffed and scratched on table top. Loose bolts in the box with the table top. The only thing NOT damaged was the drawer assy. Once repairs were performed the bench was assembled okay.

I am afraid to order anything else because it more than likely will be damaged or parts will missing.
Eastwood! It's time to step up your game.
